"I would not give this hotel a bad rating just many small things added up. You cannot reach the front desk when calling ahead. Only a service hotline that could not pass on a message to have a crib ready for me. The bathroom was dated and the AC did not work in the room. On top of that the room service was out of wine. Valet parking worked but had to circle the block 3 times to get a spot in front to unload to find out that The parking garage next door is much cheaper."

"This property is so beautiful and made me feel so comfortable as a solo traveler. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the staff checking in were so freindly and willing to help. The overall vibe of the hotel made it really fun to come back to and just hang out after being out all day. My bed was always made by the time I came back and cleaned which was so nice.
