"This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...

"We chose this hotel based on the high ratings, and at first, we were a bit surprised , the place seemed a little unusual or even strange at first glance. But as time went on, we discovered a charming place with a unique atmosphere, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the meals were tasty, and the overall vibe was calm and pleasant. We're so glad we gave this place a chance the experience exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended! "

"Great location just outside pigeon forge so it makes it easy to get in and out without dealing with too much traffic. Staff was friendly and with it being a newer hotel everything is brand new. "

"The resort itself was wonderful. We had two issues. The coffee pot was not working properly and they had a brand new one brought in less than an hour. Our water heater stopped working and within 10 minutes someone was there, diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and it was fixed. We will be staying there again for sure! Our new favorite spot when going to Dollywood!"

"they let us check in early, because we had a problem at another hotel. They were very nice. Pool was awesome, and they gave snacks and juice at around 2 for a few hrs. "
