"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc."

The "balcony with city view" was a joke--intirely covered window and had to walk up a flight of stairs to see anything from our level. Food at the restaurant was fairly average. "Very clean room, brilliant facilities, rooftop terrace is ideal. The hotels situation isn't brilliant because it is just off a busy roundabout. Other than that I have no concerns about recommending this hotel to anyone."
