Boasting beautiful bay views and a direct, beachfront location right in the heart of town, this sweet seaside retreat comes primed for an unforgettable Cape Cod getaway. Enjoy sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay, and enjoy cookouts with the grill on the sun deck. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for home meal planning, and you'll also be within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants along Commercial Street if you don't feel like cooking. You can walk directly out to the beach from your back door and there's a boat rental service conveniently located right next door if you're looking to spend some time out on the water. The Provincetown Marina and MacMillan Pier are also within easy reach of home.

Enjoy all-season home comfort with a small gas fireplace in the living room and mounted air-conditioners throughout the space. Cable TV provides casual entertainment for lazy mornings or evening lounging. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location, location, location. On the water, behind Monkey Bar. Near the action but quiet. Great shower. Unit provided beach towels and shampoo/body wash which was nice. I will only note that the deck is shared with other units which I suppose is obvious if you look closely at the photos. Was never really a problem, in the end. This was my second time staying here and would stay again.

The condo was perfect in every way and we hope to return next year. It is well equipped, close to everything and at the same time, very quiet. The view is spectacular and it is equally comfortable inside and out.

Nice but not Excellent

The condo itself was very nice and clean with everything you could need. The listing does feel a bit misleading though when describing the deck porch area. The deck is a shared space with the other tenants that live above and to the side. That’s fine - but again, definitely was not what I was expecting and I do feel somewhat misled from the listing. For the price point we paid you would have thought it would be a private deck. We also had the unfortunate luck of having a large group of loud, drunk high school kids in the condo adjacent to us. Not exactly the peaceful vacation I was expecting. It is close to downtown though. Again, not perfect especially for the price, but good enough.

Perfection!

This property is amazing! Cozy for me and my dog, Rainbow, and I had plenty of space in the living room to set up my easels for two weeks of oil painting and drawing. Access to the bay beach is right off the deck which allowed for extensive beach walks during low tide. Again, a great place and I hope to return again to my beloved Provincetown.

We will be back- loved to location, view and condo. We will not be booking through this site/vacasa/vrbo again. Terrible communication and service. Contacted for a question prior to arrival and an issue (home was not cleaned) and neither were addresses after multiple attempts. We ended up spending the first few hours of our trip doing the cleaning, laundry for linens and trash which is unfortunate for many reasons but also we paid a hefty cleaning fee! I think the main issue is the customer service people are in Asia somewhere and have no idea how to handle any issues. It appeared as though they never actually contacted property mgmt even though they promised me many times they did and were waiting on responses. Response that never came even after 9 days .. I gave my feedback the 3x requested and no one ever reached out to make it right. Lesson learned!

Amazing again

This was our second stay here and were equally as happy as we were last visit. We also couldn’t get the gas fireplace to work and they were extremely responsive and sent someone out right away to assess and followed up the following day with contractor to get it working even though it wasn’t essential to the stay, they recognized that it added to the overall experience!
