"Very nice unique rooms. The AC works very well and is quiet. Their parking garage is tight, but offers enough parking space for roughly 14 cars. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom are spacious. It’s conveniently located in the Old Town of Heidelberg. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We slept in long, which is always a great sign how quiet it was."

When we first got to the hotel by taxi there was no one there so you have to take elevator to lobby floor. No bell boy and you need to figure things out on your own. "A fantastic location, a short walk from the castle and easy access to Heidelberg's attractions. The room was clean and spacious, but there was no kettle, which was disappointing, as we both enjoy tea and coffee in bed while on holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we took the opportunity of enjoying the traditionally cooked food out on the street, and breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Parking was subsidised by €5, so it came to €15 a day at a car park 5 minutes' walk from...

"The location was great and so was the view of the castle from our room. But the amenities were lacking for a ‘Deluxe’ room and there were roof beams to contend with ( hazardous in terms of knocking one’s head ). The breakfast was to be recommended."
