My place is just a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay beach.
Absolutely great spot to walk to many restaurants, bars, casino, grocery store and shopping centre at Salt Mills.
You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers.

Large property, great location to the beach, restaurants and shops! Host was easy to communicate with prior and during our stay! Wished the tv had cable to watch sports during the NCAA tournament and that at least one bedroom had a king bed.

Perfect and peaceful!

This property exceeded our expectation! Clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax. Close to all the shopping, restaurants and most importantly, the beach. Book this place, you will be so glad you did!

Great stay!

The property grounds are beautifully maintained and the hosts are exceptionally nice! They made every effort to make our stay nice. It is a very close walk to the beach. We did rent a car for the second half of our stay so we could do more exploring. The place is very spacious and the use of beach chairs was so helpful! Took off one star because it lacked a little comfort. The couches and chairs were not super comfortable and we were only given one towel per person (the host did drop off more when requested). Could have used more blankets. My husband likes it cool and I like it warmer. Prefer white sheets and the sheets were dark. The kitchen was lightly stocked with only one of each including only 6 utensils for 6 people meaning we were constantly washing everything. The wash machine leaked but they were quick to address. It was a very nice stay. Some of the comforts we prefer could just be due to island standards and the avoidance of being wasteful.

Spacious place and gracious hosts

My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. It is as advertised and I would say more spacious than it appears in the photos. The location is fabulous - a very short and safe walk to the beach with access to the Grace Bay resorts waitstaff and outdoor restaurants. Jee was a wonderful host - friendly, great communicator, and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

beautiful home - close to the beach

i took my daughters here for spring break and the house was everythiing we wanted and more. Spacious, neat and close to the beach. We loved it! also the owners were super helpful and responsive and went above and beyond. Overall awesome!

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to grace bay, hosts are on site and helpful. The walk to the beach is about 2 min and you can also walk to several restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and lots of space. Thank you!

Great apartment in ideal location!

We had a great stay as a family of 5. Spacious apartment gave plenty of room to relax and spread out. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and to area shops and restaurants....no car needed. The owners live next door and are friendly and helpful. We utilized the beach chairs and a wagon that we took to the grocery store to transport items back. Highly recommend!

Great time!!

We had a great time at the property. It was clean and check in was very easy. We very quickly became comfortable at this property. Our hosts were very sweet and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Perfect location accessible to all things in Grace Bay! We were able to walk to the beach, main resorts and restaurants (Seven Stars, Grace Bay Club, Ritz, Coco bistro). We still chose to rent a car so that we could drive to a more secluded beach access, grocery store, and local Thursday night fish fry. Beach chairs, beach towels, washer/dryer, and cooler that were provided were extremely helpful and we were able to make our own breakfast and lunches most days. Loved meeting the dogs - Blanco and Cheddar as well!

Excellent location for a long weekend

The location and layout of the home were perfect for our girls getaway. We loved that we felt safe and could walk to Grace Bay Beach and local restaurants and bars. The home was spacious and clean. The owners were always available to answer questions. Highly recommend!

It couldn't have been any better. Beautiful location, property. The pictures don't do it justice-- better than even the pictures show! Impressive. Best owners we have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

Beautiful space in an ideal location!

The Palm Tree 3 bedroom Apartment is a beautiful space which is walking distance to the beach and Grace Bay shopping. Accommodations for six can sometimes leave you tripping over each other. With its 2 storey configuration you’ll find ample space, both indoor and out, to allow your group to share accommodations without this happening. The kitchen is well appointed, which is important on TCI as eating out becomes exspensice quickly. There is also a BBQ out back shared by all four apartments that allows you to grill if you have the urge. In-suite laundry facilities allow you to pack lightly and do laundry while on vacation if you want. This said we spent 80% of our time on the island in bathing suits. Jean-François (aka: Gee) is an exceptional property owner. He responds promptly to questions and requests and kept us supplied with all the essentials, including water. He lives in the adajcent apartment and he, his girlfriend or father are around most of the time. One of the highlights of this location are Gee’s two dogs! They are friendly and protective of the property and it gives the feel of having loaner pets for the vacation. We enjoyed this tremendously! You will be hard pressed to find a quality rental accommodations, this size with beach proximity in Grace Bay, for as reasonable a price. Rob D - Canada 🇨🇦

Fantastic place with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space!
