  • Alquila todo el piso de la planta baja. Incluye 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada, salón, lavadero y una terraza privada con unas vistas impresionantes a la montaña.
    NOTA: Esta propiedad cuenta con un apartamento independiente en el sótano con su propia entrada privada. Somos los propietarios y dividimos nuestro tiempo entre Utah y Houston; en alguna ocasión, es posible que estemos en el apartamento del sótano durante tu estancia. Queremos ser totalmente transparentes al respecto para que no haya sorpresas. Respetamos tu privacidad al máximo y no interferiremos en tu estancia de ninguna manera.


    En excelente estado, limpio, en un barrio tranquilo. 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con capacidad para más de 6 personas. Preciosa cocina completa con unas vistas increíbles a las montañas. Terraza privada con barbacoa: las vistas desde la ventana son fabulosas.

    Dormitorio 1: cama king size con colchón cómodo y baño compartido.
    Dormitorio 2: Cama de matrimonio con colchón cómodo y baño compartido.

    COCINA:
    Totalmente equipada con vajilla, cubertería, cafetera, batidora, tostadora, hervidor, microondas, horno, fogones, lavavajillas, nevera y productos de despensa. Isla de cocina para tener más espacio para preparar la comida y comer de forma informal.

    EXTERIOR:
    Terraza privada con barbacoa y muebles de exterior. Disfruta de unas vistas espectaculares de las montañas mientras te relajas o cocinas al aire libre.

    UBICACIÓN:
    Haz una escapada a la estación de esquí de Beaver Mtn. o pasa un día en Bear Lake. Explora las numerosas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo de esta preciosa zona. O disfruta de una velada en el teatro Ellen Eccles, y no te olvides de probar el famoso helado Aggie.

The house was a cute and clean home but the owners were staying on the property which was not disclosed on the Vrbo site description or communicated until we arrived. We wanted to utilize the patio and grass area but felt uncomfortable in doing so as the owners could see right into the house and patio. When renting through Vrbo we like a private comfortable house to stay in and this unfortunately was not that.

Great stay! Good location. Check in was easy. Host was available when needed. Comfortable home. Plenty of space for us. We had a great time visiting family and friends!

Excellent stay

Everything that we expected and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and dishes etc. Plus with condiments and supplies in the refrigerator and pantry!

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is very comfortable and we had plenty of room for all four of us to find our own space. We were surprised to meet the owners during our first stay, but I'm not sure they were there this time. Do know that you need to provide your own bar of soap for the shower. The Master bath had body wash, but the second bathroom didn't even have that. That's a small price to pay for such a lovely home, just be prepared. When we arrived, the back door was ajar, which left the house quite warm, but the A/C was able to catch up sometime during the night and the rest of the stay was comfortable. I'm 90% sure the property manager entered the home on the second day of our stay to deliver an additional trash can and some Ziploc bags we'd been unable to find the first day. I can't say with absolute certainty those items weren't there our entire stay, but I do think we would've noticed them before we did if they'd been there the whole time.Nothing was amiss, just not something I expect from a vrbo. I'm the kind of traveler who doesn't let hotel housekeeping into my room though. So I may just be over sensitive to that.Neither of these will deter me from staying there again though.Thank you for sharing your home!
