The Studio T1 bis of 40m² consists of:

- A beautiful terrace facing the sea and overlooking the sea & the Gulf of Valinco & the marina of Propriano,

🔒 Mandatory security deposit:
In accordance with our conditions of stay, a bank imprint (pre-authorisation) will be made on the day of check-in (€1,000.00).
This operation does not result in any charge: the amount is simply blocked by your bank.
The fingerprint is automatically cancelled after check-out if no damage or dispute is found.
