"We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. "Window was busted. TV didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Safety concern back door was broken. Noisy all damn night. Couldn’t wait to leave this place."

"Looked like they were in the process of renovating when we were staying there but it was overall a well maintained place. The staff was friendly and helpful with check in."

"The air conditioning does not work. The shower had barely any water pressure we had a dirty blanket and the man came up and just had us take the first blanket off and told us to use the bottom blanket. The younger female that works there is rude and refused to move us to a different room after the man told her to move us she fought him about it. When we told her our air conditioning wasn’t working she blamed the weather. Horrible place to stay I highly recommend not ever staying there"

"I'm shocked that this place got more than 2 stars. The rooms are in dire need of updates and repairs. The bedding from the sheets, mattress protector and mattress were all stained. The pillow case was shredded. The pillows are so worn down they compress them into tiny squares and even that is still too flat. The tub and counter are cracked and unstable. That was just my room. My friends room smelled of mold and mildew. Definitely a health hazard for anyone, let alone my friend that was...

"This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places."

In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. "The rooms were extremely clean, and I appreciated the tile floors in rooms over carpet. We had complete control over the thermostat, which was nice. The hotel was in walking distance to Hook & Lime, Bobo’s, and Rocco’s pizza, which were great restaurants. Breakfast was very meh. I would not spend extra for it honestly. Day 2 of 3 the breakfast left us feeling sick to our stomach. Weekends they do a buffet style and weekdays they do sit down style. The food was better on weekdays sitting down....
