Spacious & Private Home with AC & Hot Tub

This beautiful Princeville home, known as Paradiso Hale, can be found on a quiet cul-de-sac in the resort community of Princeville on the North Shore of Kaua'i. Surrounded by palm trees and colorful tropical landscaping, you'll find plenty of privacy to this pristine two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, which also features a spacious covered lanai.

Australian cypress hardwood floors run throughout this 2,600 square foot residence combined with high vaulted ceilings providing an open and spacious feel. The upstairs master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, air conditioning, and en suite bathroom. Upstairs also enjoys an entertainment room with a separate lanai showcasing gorgeous views of the nearby Princeville Makai Woods Golf Course, course lake, and the distant emerald green mountains.

On the ground floor, enjoy cooking in the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas Wolf range. Just off the kitchen, the living and dining areas provide an open indoor/outdoor concept with two separate lanai slider doors that lead to an expansive covered lanai. Sharing the ground floor is a guest bedroom complete with a king-size bed, it's own private bath, and air conditioning. A third bedroom, adjacent to a full guest bath, provides a queen-size bed and private lanai.

Enjoy world class golfing, tennis courts, quaint shops & local dining, scenic walking paths and more all within Princeville resort. The north shore of Kaua'i is lined with an abundance of stunning picturesque white sandy beaches, and all just a short drive away.

Additional Information:
- AC in every bedroom + upstairs living/entertainment room.
- Accommodations include a queen sized air mattress to sleep 8, please request at time of booking.
- 2 bedrooms downstairs, master suite upstairs.
- Located in the quiet community of Princeville. Princeville is located on a bluff and because of this, most properties are not walking distance to a beach. This house is about 30 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach access which requires a steep decline hiking down to it. Not recommended for the elderly or those that are hiking challenged.
- Kauai is a rural island. As such, having a vehicle is recommended to get the most out of your trip.

This exceptional home comes with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf board, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, coolers, and flotation devices for guests to enjoy.

This house was amazing. It was right on the golf course. It has a beautiful array of plants that really helped make the property fairly private. It was in walking distance (10 min walk) from queens bath & fairly close driving to pretty much everything to do in the northern part of Kauai. There was also a couple beaches in walking distance. The property manager was so lovely and responded so fast. Check in process was so easy. As well as check out. Highly recommend this property!

Ready to return

This was our first visit to Kauai and we were very happy with our accommodations. Our family of 7 had plenty of room and took advantage of the large covered deck for all of our meals. Each room had AC which made sleeping very comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was in a quiet residential area with easy access to groceries, restaurants and hiking Trails. We want to come again !

The combinations were incredible. There was not one thing that you needed to get. They had everything perfect stocked kitchen. Awesome stuff for the beach all in all it was an incredible house to be in for the week. Jason was really awesome with anything that we needed. I highly recommend this house. Beautiful Home

The home was everything it advertised and then some. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor space. There was plenty of space for six adults to fully enjoy our time in beautiful Kauai. Would definitely recommend to others.Great location to good restaurants and ice cream.

Great house, great location, great views

This is a nice house in a quiet cul de sac in Princeville. Kitchen is amazing and has nice cooking tools, back deck is covered with a fan and a great place to eat meals. Bedrooms are nice and quiet, beds are comfortable. When we booked there was a hot tub listed as being available, but before our stay we were told it would no longer be working and that they were removing it. We were compensated for the change, which was nice. Overall great experience and great communication from property manager.

Paradise

This was our first trip to Kauai. Upon arriving at the home, it was late. So we did not realize just how beautiful the yard was until morning. What I did notice was how clean and fresh everything was. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms decorated so beautifully! The next day I was blown away with the scenery, just outside our windows!! We loved the covered areas outside. They were just perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after the day. The kitchen had all the things we needed for cooking and preparing meals. It was not just a hodge-podge of stuff, nice things. Our host was helpful. We had a full itinerary, and location was perfect. If we had needed to be at the house more, I would have been perfectly happy to relax there! But of course, there are so many things this beautiful island has to offer, and we enjoyed our time immensely! We would love to come again, and this house will be our first choice! Mahalo!!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

Wow! What a garden paradise! Birds and flowers off the back deck. Went for a walk in the neighborhood practically every morning and the view of the mountains is spectacular! Wonderful gas stove we utilized every day. Very comfortable beds. Lots of snorkel equipment, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels. Plenty of room to lounge and chill inside and out. We also loved the location of this house at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. What more can you ask for? Would love to go again and choose this same house!

Wonderful stay!!

Wow! We loved the stay here at this VBRO. It was clean, well taken care of, and communication with manager was great. We loved the fresh air and the sounds of the rain and birds. We saw so many birds and felt like we were in our own little rainforest. The area was safe and near to a little grocery and place for breakfast/shaved ice. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing! Perfect in every way.

The place was bright and beautiful, it was so peaceful, the hot tub was perfect the beds and the rooms were perfect all the amenities and the little things they thought of to make our place everything we need and more was there. You feel safe in that neighborhood and close enough to have fun anywhere you go. We absolutely loved it and was truly the place we needed to be. We will definitely book with them next time at the same house!

The Comforts of Home!

This home was absolutely as advertised. It was really clean, beds were comfy. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We cook and loved that they had all the necessary tools and great appliances. Right down to the smoothie machine! They have all the beach supplies and even water shoes! We highly recommend and will definately seek this location out on our next trip.

Kauai Elopement

My fiancé and I decided to elope in Kauai. After staying a few nights in a Vrbo that just wasn’t for us, this property was a breath of fresh air. We chose to move locations the evening before our ceremony, and we’re just so grateful to have found the place with such ease. The cleanliness, the location, the property itself all fit the bill for for an amazing experience. 10/10

Princeville Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! The house was, large, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great with close proximity to the market, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this house for families or groups who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while on the north shore of Kauai.

Great home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is spacious and well maintained. Jason was very easy going and accommodating. We were close to everything the north shore of Kauai has to offer. We had a great time and we will return here for our next trip to Kauai.
