  • It is our wish that you enjoy this home away from yours, as much as we enjoy living in it when we come to Kauai! This custom built home is the perfect vacation home for up to 5 couples or large families as it accommodates 12 people comfortably. Access to private pool and tennis court. The attractive landscape with tropical plants and water lilies plus an elegant porte-cochere welcomes you and your family and friends to the main entrance of this two story Mediterranean home. Upstairs you will be enchanted by the openness of an elegant living room, formal dining room and large casual kitchen with high cathedral open beam ceiling. Enjoy the large windows with awesome views of palms and trees everywhere as well as the majestic mountains that surround us. The kitchen is well equipped to satisfy your culinary needs in case you decide to stay in and cook, chill, and enjoy your home away from home. An extra mini fridge for drinks, GE Monogram appliances, an extra large counter with plenty of space to gather around the cook and entertain. Enjoy a warm family breakfast or gathering in our kitchen or in the outdoor lanai with awesome mountain views and table seating for 10. A separate smart tv and entertainment room with games with an opening to kitchen for snacks and drinks. One queen bed suite with private bathroom and a powder room. Downstairs you will find the master king bed suite with a large spa like bathroom. Access to a great lanai and enclosed backyard, outdoor shower and lounge chairs and above ground Hot Tub, A relaxing way to end up your day, enjoying the trees around you! There are two large identical bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two queen size beds. A large full bathroom. On the opposite wing of the house, you will find another nice bedroom with two twin beds, also the laundry room and access to garage. Guest have access to Private Community Pool & Tennis Court steps away from the back gate. Home is a 10 min walk to beach, happy talk lounge and restaurant and queen's bath. LOVED our stay at Sunset Palms! Perfect in all ways for our family reunion with 3 kids and 9 adults. The view coming up onto the 2nd floor did not disappoint! We loved the pool, the hot tub, and used all the beach towels and boogie boards at the fabulous and nearby Hanalei Beach. Would stay at your beautiful home again in a heartbeat. Mahalo!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for a large group with small kids. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beaches and the location was perfect. The host was super responsive and we can’t wait to come visit again!

This house was perfect for our whole family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We especially loved the garage stocked full of beach toys and gear, which made our beach days easy and fun.

This is a home you have to experience for yourself. We were a family of 10 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could want, and then some. The neighborhood is quintessential Hawaii. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a stay in Princeville.

We have stayed at over 20 rental properties and this has been our favorite! The house was a good size for our large group and it very clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fantastically stocked. We had everything and more that we needed for meals with a group of 11 adults and 1 toddler. We didn't have to constantly be washing table ware to have enough for the next meal. The home was spacious, had beautiful views and the area was very nice. There was plenty of snorkel gear, beach towels and sand toys. There was even a beach umbrella which was great to have with our toddler. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it. The home and amenities surpassed expectations. We would 100% stay here again.

We will definitely be back to this amazing, beautiful house. The beds and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and we loved the nearby pool and personal hot tub. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to Princeville and Hanalei. We loved it.

Absolutely amazing

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. It was also easy to get to shops and beaches. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely go back.

Great for a big group!

We had 12 adults stay here for a trip, including 5 couples, and the house was fantastic! Plenty of space with two couches, there was all kinds of cooking supplies, plenty of towels, and a bunch of beach supplies! The outdoor shower was a hit too. Really a fantastic stay - would highly recommend!

The house was the right size for our family. It is in a beautiful location. We could see the sunset from the balcony, kitchen and dining room. There were plenty of towels, toys, and parking. We will stay there again if it is available in two years.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This home was perfect for our group of 11! Plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably and relax. The pictures do not do the property real justice; it is even better in person. The proximity to the community pool and tennis courts was an added bonus. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Princeville area.
