While Unit 3201 is not an ocean view unit, it offers easy access to the breathtaking landscapes of Kauai's North Shore. Nestled on 22 lush acres of tropical gardens, you're just a short drive from the Princeville Shopping Center, Hanalei Bay, and Anini Beach.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, 55" Smart TV, and private lanai.

Nice roomy place. Beautiful setting with some cliffs over the sea and chairs for viewing not far away. No privacy on either outdoor deck. Did not realize, when we booked that this is a timeshare property. FYI: Parking is 15/day extra. we had no qualms with any of the staff or the property but we will stay elsewhere next time.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and well stocked with dishes, wine glasses and even a cooler to take to the beach and beach chairs. Loved the large windows and 2 patios. No a/c but didn’t need it with the breezes coming thru the unit. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not many restaurants in Princeville but the resort had a wood fired pizza truck come a few times during the week. A resort close by had other food trucks on site.

Very Nice Experience

Reception was kind and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had beach chairs, ice chests, drip coffee maker with starter local ground coffee pack, beach towels, tennis and pickle ball courts with borrow pickle ball paddles and balls, gym, free filtered water refills and more. So we and friends tried pickle ball for the first time learning from the web and had a great time. Location made it easy to go to the best beaches with stores and great eateries all easily within range. We'll be back.

Beautiful, clean place, but.....

The condo is nice, clean and spacious. The property have lots of nice amenities and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My issue with this place was the lack of restaurants nearby and there isn't a close beach. The immediate area around the Cliffs area is lovely though, but on our next trip to Kauai, we'll be staying elsewhere.

Condo at the "Cliffs"

As usual we enjoyed the "cliffs". The only thing we were looking forward to that did not take place was some evening activities at the clubhouse that we enjoyed very much. (i.e. hula dancing & wine tasting) Do want to complain but thought you should know we had 3 cockroaches and a lizard in the condo during our stay

A great place to stay!

This is our 4th stay at The Cliffs. We’ve loved each one. This stay was terrific too! Nicely maintained property, gorgeous views, friendly, helpful staff. We’ll be back.

Minor maintenance issues

The property management is very quick to send all kinds of reminders of what we are supposed to do while here and at check out etc. but they were slow to respond if at all to the two small maintenance requests we had. Plus, they scheduled a pest control visit on one of our days here. NO WAY I told them. Do it when the place is vacant. Not on my time and my dime.

Staff seems to be in a club with no one overseeing them.

On 9/29 we called the front desk to report a bunch of people and screaming kids hanging around the lawn at Building 3…..front desk said they would “send some one over”…. and never did. These people looked like they weren’t even staying at the complex. But…..the worst…on 9/30 in the afternoon a girl in a dark gray Ford F150 Pick up pulled up with 5 kids and let the go wild in the pool. They were really loud, climbing all over the rocks, screaming etc. Then they went to the playground with the same behavior. Then they got back in the pick up and drove away. These kids were not guests, and whoever let them in ought to be fired. Many of us were angry at the pool over it and paid good money to stay there.
