Nihilani 18B is in a lovely plantation style 2 story town-home located in a private and tranquil environment. This convenient Princeville location is walking distance to the golf course, and near beaches, tennis courts, walking paths, shops, and restaurants.

This spacious plantation style town-home has a 1874 square foot floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, with a two car garage, and can easily accommodate up to 6 people in style. The living room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable sectional and an efficient open floor plan. The lanai that is attached to the living room has lots of seating for relaxing, playing games or just enjoying the surrounding tropical plants.

The fully equipped kitchen with all granite counter tops has all the amenities of home. Stay in and create your own meal to enjoy on the lanai or have a sit down dinner at the large dining table that seats 6 adults comfortably. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations.

There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and a den with a desk upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, a large chest of drawers, comfy reading nook, a lanai and full bath with shower and separate sunken tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached lanai and the third bedroom also has a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms both connect to a full bathroom.

The plantation style complex offers a newly tiled swimming pool and hot tub. If you enjoy grilling, the barbecue area is nearby and close to the swimming pool.

Though air conditioning is available, it is not even necessary. Just open the doors and sliders, and the ceiling fans and breezy trade winds provide natural cooling.

An attached two car garage offers convenient direct access to the condo.

Nearby activities include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf.

The pool area and BBQ area is beautiful, and always clean. The Condo had everything that we needed. Chairs, coolers and boogie boards for the beach, and even a drying rack in the garage for wet suits. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything that we could need!!

Comfortable Princeville

Very Comfortable house. We enjoyed AC, family couch, balcony for morning coffee. Close proximity to Anini & tunnels. Would prefer lockbox to pick up key. The hot tub at pool was great after snorkeling in rain. House didn’t have shampoo, body wash, or spices. Lots of towels ! Property Management left coffee & cookies. spices Lots of towels

We were looking for something in a nearby town but all properties for our group size were sold out. This vacation home was not exactly our style but it was completely sufficient for our stay.

Amazing!

Cleanliness has always been one the most important criteria for our housing during vacation. Nihilani 18B was exceptionally clean. The images in their description are NOT stock photos - Nihilani 18B really is as described, maybe even better. While true that the tradewinds on the north side of Kauai are sufficient that you may not need A/C, the air can get a little bit still at night time in the islands, especially right after a passing rain. The A/C was very helpful and was very efficient in cooling down the house. We noticed that the owners did not spare any expense in their furnishings. Little things like GE profile microwaves and Subzero refrigerators showed that there was care and attention to detail. The berber carpet and hardwood flooring was perfect for the environment we were in. Kauai with all it's rain can get humid, and you wouldn't want to get that musty smell that pile carpeting can have. Nihilani 18B was not musty at all. It smelled cleaned. We found several times during our vacation. using the term - "We will do this ..etc... when we get 'home' ". Home referring to Nihilani 18B, and then correcting ourselves because it wasn't our home, it was a rental. But it genuinely did feel like home while we were on vacation. Queen's bath was only a one mile walk away (probably a little less) and Anini beach 5 to 10 minute drive away. When we drove out of the Nihilani complex and saw the waterfalls coming off Namolokama every morning, it was nothing short of breathtaking. Amazing stay and thanks for the memories of a lifetime!

Perfect!

We love the Nihilani complex, and this condo is the perfect layout. Plenty of space, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of beach gear, comfy beds. You name it it has it, wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
