Preston Farm and Winery

I left early and miserable. I only booked for one night but didn't make it past 230a. The bed frame in my first room broke but the receptionist took care of it quickly once I called down. He was very nice about it and moved me to a bigger & "better" room down the way. I know that this is a Motel 6, so when each of the 3 towels I used in my first room had hairs in it that weren't mine I let it go. The second room was worse and I could not get comfortable at all. Everything was falling apart and dirty. I already wasn't sleeping under the covers in room 1, but in room 2 I had to put more clothes on just to cover my body more so I could lay on top of the bed. I ended up throwing in the towel around 2am. The receptionist was gone by that point even though he'd just helped me 30 mins earlier. I wanted a refund really bad, but I wanted to leave more. I ended up having to leave the key in the room so I could run away to SFO. I was 1000% more comfortable sleeping on the airport ground than on the Motel 6 Great Highway beds. I highly doubt I'll get a refund at this point so lesson learned. Sometimes the cash you save just is not worth it. Spend the $100 more.

This place is way understaffed. Took over an hour to get checked in and when we got to the room the door wouldn’t lock because it was broken. Then they gave us another room that only had 1 bed when we needed 2 beds. When they cleaned our room they took all the towels away and didn’t replace the towels and our stuff had been moved. I waited over an hour for them to send towels to our room and we never received any towels. Also the rooms had multiple mosquitoes. Honestly worst experience ever, I need a refund.

Staff was very pleasant and room was clean but everything was a little worn. Hotel needs a refresh but was good for the night.
