Enjoyed a Spectacular View

I brought my grand daughter for the weekend, to get away from the Phoenix heat.We enjoyed our stay. She , 4 1/2 years old LOVED the bunk bed..We enjoyed time on the patio, especially looking at the view.The only negative is the road next to property is under construction so there was large truck noise from that. Hopefully, temporary.

Great views, peaceful stay

We absolutely loved this property, it was perfect for our family of four. The spacious deck with its beautiful view quickly became our favorite spot to relax and spend time together. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Having access to laundry downstairs was a huge bonus. The neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, simple getaway

This was the perfect rental for me and my two teens. Close to town yet removed from the congestion. View is spectacular. Only word to the wise is that you do need to walk up a full flight of outdoor stairs to access the unit. Not a big deal for us, but could be for some. Thank you for a truly wonderful home for the week.

Perfect any time of year

My son and I stayed here while visiting his brother. It was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and appreciated since we arrived late. A surprise snowstorm hit but, no worries, it was the perfect place to hunker down. I will probably return with my spouse for a longer duration. Great base to enjoy all that the Prescott area affords.

Great value!

Brought the family up from Phoenix for a quick weekend getaway. Very clean property, and check in process was easy. Enjoyed all that Prescott had to offer in a quick 36 hour period. Would recommend...I will say that if you have young kids that the property is elevated and there are stairs to contend with, however they provide a gate that you can set up at the top of the stairs so that your young ones don't try to meander off the balcony.

This place was an unexpected surprise. I am definitely going to try and come back. Easy, convenient, just overall great location with a great view of the valley beneath and the lakes in the back. Everything was only minutes away. Loved it!

Holiday Getaway

We stayed at the loft for a couple nights and we had an amazing time, wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was as described. Although the kitchen was small as mentioned, we cooked a few meals and enjoyed them on the deck. We will definitely be back!

Good place for a short stay!

There is a steep stairway up to the loft. Location of oven, regular sized fridge and washing machine and dryer is in the garage which if staying for an extended time would make it inconvenient but for a short stay it is excellent. The bed is comfortable but had to turn on the window unit fan to drown out the traffic. The view from the deck is really a perk! The place is up to date and clean. We would stay here again.

Loved House, View & Location!

Everything was as expected and looked wonderful. Owner even had a few extras like snacks and water. It was in the pines with a beautiful view, yet only 5 minutes from town center!

Lovely lodging for family gathering

The "Loft" is a very attractive two bedroom apartment overlooking Prescott. We had rented the adjacent house from the same owner for our family to gather for a wedding, and were happy to be able to put up our nephew next door in the spacious master bedroom, in easy walking distance but not disturbed by the pitter patter of little cousins' feet early in the morning. The second bedroom has a full and a half bunk and the place would be perfect for a young family. Lovely well equipped kitchen, living room and a deck with a stunning view of Granite Mountain and the lights of Prescott. Beautiful. Some truck traffic on nearby highway, but quiet at night. The stairs to this second-story unit are fairly steep, so that might be a consideration for some. The place was a very good choice for us and we look forward to coming back.
