"Staying at Ginger Hotel was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most stressful, frustrating, and deeply unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever endured. When booking a room at a established chain brand like Ginger—a hotel operating under the umbrella of IHCL—one reasonably expects a reliable baseline of hygiene, functional amenities, and standard hospitality ethics. Unfortunately, my recent stay proved to be an absolute nightmare from start to finish, characterized by severe...

"Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...

"The property has good potential, but the overall experience was below the standard I expected, especially for a 4–5 star property. The TV was not working, and the cleanliness was not up to the expected standard—there was visible dust on several items and surfaces, and the mirrors were not properly cleaned.
