This spectacular and luxurious villa in Praiano, on the Amalfi Coast is a short walk from the beach and the city center, and about 9 km from Positano. It is furnished with 3 luxury sea view bedrooms overlooking the blue sea. Complete with a hydromassage pool,solarium, gym, panoramic terraces and lush gardens, the Villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room and a lovely alfresco dining area. The Villa is the perfect choice for families



The Space

Spacious Luxurious Villa right in the heart of Praiano, tastefully and elegantly furnished. The property is set on two floors with three bedrooms and three elegant en suite bathrooms. You can also find the fourth bathroom located between the Kitchen and Living Room area. This Villa has got a luxury and unique underfloor heating system for the guests’ comfort and each bedroom has been designed to offer guests sublime comfort and exceptional quality with first class bed linen and far-reaching views across the sea. All three bedrooms contain fitted wardrobes and have individual access to the breakfast patio.

Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room:

The living area is on the top floor and has an amazing, fully-fitted kitchen complete with all sorts of modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals to be eaten al fresco under the stars on the white-washed terrace. The living space has comfortable sofas and a large, flat-screen digital TV. Located between the kitchen and living room you can also find the fourth bathroom complete with Shower, Fresh Towels and Complimentary Toiletries.



Private Terrace and Pool:

Enjoy some well deserved relaxation time and quality time with your loved ones, family or friends while admiring the spectacular views of Positano and the Blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The Terrace is fully furnished with a large outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals ‘Al Fresco’. You can also enjoy a refreshing dip in your own private pool and bask in the sunlight on lovely lounge chairs. The pool has got the impressive feature of counter – current swimming for fitness lovers. You’ll find it hard to leave the terrace but don’t forget to explore the lemon grove pergola.



Guest Access

When staying at the Villa you will have complete access to the whole Luxury Villa including the Sea View Terrace, outside balcony areas and Private Pool. You can also explore your very own private lemon grove pergola and spend an hour or so day-dreaming in the hammock.

Praiano Luxury Villa

If you are looking for total luxury and relaxation this is where you want to be. Everything in their listing does not do the place justice. The views, the accommodations, the town, everything far exceeded our expectations. Staff that run the Villa were amazing, helping us the day trips, Chef dinners to arranging a nurse to come to Villa to do travel Covid Test. Every detail in the Villa is outstanding. You lack for nothing. Total luxury and comfort. . Town of Praiano is peaceful, people are wonderful, restaurants owners extremely friendly. Shopping the Town market, all fresh food, butcher shop and seafood store This Villa is a 10 out of 10. You won't be disappointed if you stay in this Villa.
