"Una vez echo mi check in fui a la habitación y no me gustó, le pregunté si el hotel estaba completo y nos dijeron que un diez porciento, ahí vino mi pregunta que siendo miembro de Expedia golf teníamos acceso a un upgrade si está disponible obviamente lo cual negaron , les dije que mi hicieran igual ..."
