The apartment is fully equipped and has a balcony. Perfect for 4 people or a couple. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower. Guests can also use free Wi-Fi and TV with Internet access. The kitchenette is equipped with equipment necessary for a comfortable stay - induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a desk with chair in the bedroom.

In the vicinity there is a large park and Stary Browar shopping center. Poznań Główny Railway Station and Avenida Shopping Center are both within a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. There are also a pizzeria, sushi restaurant and grocery stores nearby.

Guests traveling by car can use the assigned parking space in the underground garage.
