Spacious Family Retreat with Stunning River Views – Just 15 Minutes from Cody!

  • Casa limpia y cómoda con un gran piso abierto para reuniones familiares. El comedor abierto tiene capacidad para 10 personas con 8-10 taburetes adicionales en el bar. Gran cocina de la granja con muchos platos y comodidades para cocinar.
    Área de patio al aire libre con parrilla y una vista del valle del río Shoshone en la distancia.
    Cama King en el dormitorio principal con baño principal y bañera de hidromasaje.
    Tres dormitorios adicionales, uno con cama de matrimonio, uno con cama de matrimonio y uno con cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales. Las áreas adicionales de loft en cada habitación tienen un futón para área adicional para dormir o sentarse, según lo desee.
    Total de camas disponibles para dormir = 15.
    Hemos reducido el precio por noche debido al ajardinado inacabado en el exterior y la escasez de tiempo para la decoración terminada en la casa. Es limpio y cómodo, no hay muchas fotos en las paredes, etc.
    El nuevo wifi no estará disponible hasta el 25/6/19.

    Para reuniones familiares, la propiedad cuenta con una casa de invitados adicional de 2 dormitorios y posible electricidad y alcantarillado para un RV si es necesario.

    La propiedad está a 15 minutos de Cody, que cuenta con maravillosos restaurantes y cervecerías, excelentes tiendas y es famosa por el museo histórico Buffalo Bill y, por supuesto, el rodeo nocturno de verano. La entrada oeste del Parque Nacional Yellowstone es de 65 millas.

Very beautiful home and scenery surrounding the area. I would highly recommend this rental home to everyone, you will not be disappointed. Very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated.

Amazing stay

Beautiful property, home and location. Wonderful place to stay, beautiful interior and exterior, perfect setting. Close to grocery stores, towns. Quiet area, clean,well kept, perfect location. Communication with host was perfect, thank you!

Successful family reunion!

This house was perfect for our large group. Everyone in the group was impressed with how functional the house was for us. The cherry on top was the beautiful view. Would stay here again!

Excellent Stay for 12

The home was very clean and the kitchen and open space was perfect for hosting 12 of us. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and the outside patio.

Family Gathering

This property is amazing! Easily accommodated our large group with seating as well as beds. Great location; easy to get to Powell, Cody and Yellowstone. Beautiful views! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to gather and enjoy seeing each other.

Cross country motorcycle trip stay

We all absolutely loved this place, beautiful home, very secluded and quiet, so very peaceful and comfortable. We spent 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. I absolutely highly recommend staying here and hosts were very easy to communicate with. Definitely plan to use again in future trips and have shared with all our friends.

Excellent large group/family stay

We had an excellent stay with our large extended family. The place was very nice and spacious. View from the place was beautiful despite being partially blocked by trees. Easy drive to Powell and Cody. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Catching up with family

Great meeting place to hang for dinner, play games, and sleep for us, our kids, grandparents, cousins, and siblings. Unique property. We enjoyed it.

Family gathering

The house was wonderful! It was a great place to gather for my husband and I and my brothers, sister and spouses coming from out-of-state! The only thing that took some adjusting to was the noise from the sugar beet operation on the neighboring property which was quite noisy very early in the morning

What a great spot! Lots of room for way more people than we had, which was great! We were somewhat nervous about the A/C situation with this house but we stayed comfortable. We also were gone for most of the daytime hours, but the house maintained a comfortable temperature while we were there. The kitchen is great! We didn't use it a ton but my hubby definitely had stove & refrigerator envy, haha! The bedding & towels could stand to be just a touch nicer considering the price but we did sleep well anyhow! There were a few cobwebs in most of the rooms, which didn't create a problem for us but may for others. It's a big place and we understood that! The sitting area outside was super nice in the evenings, the grass was a nice surprise too- we assumed we'd have rocky surrounding since so much of the area is that way. It is quite a jaunt to Yellowstone but we did it with 3 kids, 2 consecutive days, and managed to conquer the upper & lower loops! Powell was close and has a grocery store with anything you could need. Cody is further but had more options if you needed them. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Thank you for having us!

Great base camp for Yellowstone

If u need a great family getaway, this is your place. Rebecca was extremely helpful but no real help is needed. Some reviews discussed the place wasn’t cool enough, we had 5 days in the 90’s and we were quite comfortable. We hope to be able come back in the near future.

We had an incredible stay at Rebecca's home - it was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The large dining table comfortably fit our entire group, making shared meals and conversations so special. The long counter with eight stools was a hit with our nieces and nephews, who loved sitting there each morning for breakfast.The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed to host a big family breakfast, which made cooking together a breeze. There was also plenty of living room space for everyone to relax and catch up, which really made the house feel like home.Rebecca was a gracious and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again-it was the perfect setting for creating lasting family memories.

Very nice, secluded with a nice view

The home accommodated a lot of people, best for a combination of kids and adults with each bedroom having a loft with beds, except the master bedroom. The master was very nice. The kitchen and living room were beautiful with excellent furnishings. The location was secluded except for being part of a farm property. There was a very nice view to the west. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing!

What an awesome house!!! No complaints whatsoever. We rented a big place anticipating the whole family to come. A lot didn’t, but we kept the house anyways. I would rent this place if it were only my husband & I because we loved it so much

Great for a big family group

Very nice property! We had a group of 15 people- 8 adults-3 teenagers and 4 under the age of 10 and had plenty of sleeping space to be comfortable. The location is nice and secluded. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is set up so perfectly to cook for a large group and the fridge and freezer are extra large to fit lots of food and drinks. Driving distance to Cody was not too long.
