We managed to stay about 30 minutes - this was after it took 30 minutes for them to finally give us a key code that worked.This is obviously a student let - 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and NO lounge!!Towels on the bed that I would use for rags - heaven only knows what the sheets were like. The downstairs bed was a 4'6" mattress on a 5' frame.The kitchen was filthy - sticky countertops, a stove I wouldn't cook on or in. The back wall of the frig was growing a new glacier!The TV - sticky fingerprints and all - was in one of the upstairs bedrooms. To use it you had to move a clothes rack and set on the end of a twin bed.The front door had a broken letter flap and there was mail on the floor when we finally got in. I guess it needed to go on the pile of correspondence that is in one of the kitchen cabinets.I spoke to a representative - he said "you saw the photos - no refund!" and hung up on me. Needless to say they had a REALLY good photographer because it was nothing like the pictures they posted on your site.We left - booked into a hotel for two nights - and found a better/cheaper accommodation. i have reached out to my credit card company to request a chargeback on my account. These are scam artists at their best! Plus I needed a shower when we got to the hotel to clean off the stench of that place.
