The dirt road, about 400 metres long (2 minutes by car), is passable with most cars but not recommended for cars with particularly sporty and low-ended trims.

You will be greeted by a flower garden that has 8 parking spaces. The villa, arranged on two floors, offers on the ground floor a living room with sea view, a large dining area with elegantly furnished open kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, the main sleeping area has three double bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. All rooms have a terrace from which you can enjoy a postcard view of the island of Elba and in particular the Gulf of Bagnaia. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen and living room lead to a charming indoor fenced garden where you will find an aperitif area with sea views and a dining table suitable for 10 people, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Here you will have at your disposal a barbeque grill and a wood-burning pizza oven. In the evening, with the sun setting, the surrounding nature transforms into a spectacle of vivid colours, creating moments of pure magic and romance that will make your stay unforgettable. Going down a few steps, you will find a gym equipped for free body exercises with private bathroom, and at guests' disposal there are washing machine and dryer.

The private pool (11x5m) is located about 70m away and is accessed via a staircase of 44 steps surrounded by corks, scented pines and oaks. The area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a bathroom. The isolated position with respect to the villa guarantees maximum privacy.

Pets are allowed with supplement, only with prior authorisation; the property is not entirely fenced.
