A holiday cottage with a swimming pool in Porto-Vecchio 1km from the center of Porto-Vecchio, 41 m² apartment, adjoining a year-round rental and located on the ground floor of another gite (n°26142) upstairs (access at the upstairs gite is via the outside staircase next to the terrace of your gite: see map). It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen with 1 sofa bed for 2 people - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm - Shower room - WC Possibility of receiving 2 additional people in the sofa bed of the living room: 100€/week Property located 40m from the secondary road leading to the hamlet of Arca Access to the cottage by a dirt road for 40 meters - Private gravelled terrace of 10m² - Garden furniture - Barbecue and electric plancha In common with the other cottage: - Swimming pool (6.1x3.4 meters), open and heated from 15/04 to 30/10, secured by an audible alarm.
