Exclusive use of this entire second-floor apartment of the house. Nobody else will be living inside this apartment.
Our eco-friendly electricity is without outage, and your reasonable consumption has already been accounted for. There is no extra charge here.
We pay for water, international cable TV, and satellite Wifi. Our satellite Wi-Fi is always on and offers extremely high speeds with unlimited data.
The smartest choice is to stay in Porto-Novo. Everything is better, and Cotonou is just 45 minutes from this cute home, while you can have a short walk to the main bus station.
Possible access to our large terrace on the 1st floor with a decorated straw hut, hammocks, garden furniture, and barbecue in complete privacy.

Please always compare our prices to those of an entire apartment of 280 m2 in a well-equipped house for exclusive use, not to a bedroom for 2 people.
We may have a great discount for your specific dates. We also welcome long-term stays.
Guest access
Exclusive access to the apartment, either the lower-level or the upper-level house booked. Nobody else will be sharing that apartment with you. It’s an entirely private space.

A reminder of 5 Important House Rules:

Violation of any of these house rules may result in immediate and definitive removal from the property without any reimbursement.

1- Please take off your outside shoes once inside the house.
2- Please do not invite anyone who is not listed on the reservation into the house or for an overnight stay.
3- Total quiet period from 10 PM to 10 AM: no door lock noise, no laundry, or no loud talk.
4- If you think that an item might personally belong to someone else, that's probably true. Please don't use it and don't take it until you ask and get approval for it.
5- Active video and sound monitoring and recording devices in the building, the parking lot, in the common spaces outside and around this property for your security and safety reasons. There is absolutely no privacy violation intended. Smile! :) Any recording would be for the exclusive owner's use.
Tempering, obstructing, or disabling any of these safety devices will be considered a violation of these House Rules. We'll not tolerate these activities as they could lead to an immediate police intervention for removal from the premises for trespassing without any refund, including any deposit.

No worries about the evening quiet time, it is specifically for loud talk, TV, music, or laundry, etc. There is no problem with you arriving, leaving, or taking a shower anytime you want.

Additional requests
Please keep the living room, dining room, and kitchen tidy and clean. All the dishes must be washed before we count them. Don’t let anything outside that the wind or heavy rain might damage. If you displaced anything, please put it back where it was so we won’t count it as not missing and charge you by mistake. Bottom keys: closer to the pillar. Upper keys: farther from the pillar.
