Jeronimo was a great host, provided lost of instructions and made recommendations as to what to see and do as well as a list of good restaurants. The apartment is well located, we walked to the town centre with no problems. We also walked back to the apartment. The apartment is uphill of the centre of town but very doable. We are in are seventies and active and had no problems. The apartment is on the third floor so a very heavy suitcase might be problematic depending on your abilities. We were very comfortable in the apartment it lack for nothing.

Jeronimo was very welcoming and gave us good suggestions for sites to see in the Porto area and restaurants to try. Jeronimo has good communication skills and when we had questions he answered them quickly. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was adequate for simple meal preparation. The location was handy for using the Metro (3 min walk) and there was a Pingo Doce grocery store about a 6-10 min walk away. In addition, we found the location gave us relatively quick access to some of the major sites in the historic area of Porto without being caught in the crowds.

We loved our stay in this apartment in Porto! Close to everything including metro, supermarkets and a few restaurants and bars. We chose to walk down to the tourist areas which is very doable from this location, and we took Ubers back for a small price. We can't wait to return!

We had such an incredible stay! The apartment is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. It is also very conveniently located near metro (about a three minute walk down the hill). Home away from home

Loved this neighborhood! The host was very accommodating and let me check in early. The apartment was clean and very secure. I was even able to see the fireworks from the balcony during the festival! Highly recommend and I will likely come back! It felt like home.

Very good location, clean and very comfortable flat

Very nice, enough space, best equiped. Easy check in, very comfortable. Just 3 stations with the metro to the city center. Only the car parking could be a problem, not very space in the street. We really enjoyed it, if we come again to porto this would be our decision again !

Schönes Quartier, etwas ab vom Schuss

Die Nähe Umgebung bietet nicht viel, aber die Wege ins Zentrum sind nicht weit, ebenso Ubahn und Supermarkt in ca. 5-10 Minuten Entfernung.Quartier selbst ist super, sehr neu und ordentlich ausgestattet. Alle Basismittel für Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kochen sind da. Lage ist ruhig, der ungestörte Nachtschlaf ist gesichert.Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut. Kleines Manko sind fehlende Ablagen im Bad, fehlende Nachttischlampe im kleinen Zimmer und der Balkon ist zum Sitzen zu klein/eng (eher französischer Balkon)...aber das ist alles verschmerzbar.

Wonderful stay

Loved the location and the home itself. Had a lovely stay. Ate dinner just up the road at Mamma Mia’s which was awesome. And another night we went to Don Castro’s for the local cuisine, rang the doorbell to get in for dinner. It was awesome.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans l'appartement San Ildefonso et nous sommes ravies: c'est un lieu vraiment charmant, très confortable, très bien placé pour rejoindre le centre de Porto. Amazing apartment!

My sister and I stayed for nearly 2 weeks and loved this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It was a great home base for us while we explored Porto and surrounding areas. Jeronimo was welcoming and had helpful recommendations for things to do and places to go as well. Highly recommend!

Guter Ausgangspunkt, um Porto zu erkunden

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Porto ist eine lebendige und pulsierende Stadt. Ganz besonders haben uns die Aufenthalte am Douro - Ufer gefallen, sowohl tagsüber als auch abends. Das Appartement war perfekt für uns! Danke Jeronimo und Leo!

This apartment was beautiful and it was the perfect location for getting around Porto. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs because there’s no elevator. The owner was fabulous to work with; he responded quickly to any inquiries. This is a real gem and I will return!

Great and spacious Apartment in the Heart of Porto

The Apartment is in the Heart of Porto a 10 min Walk to the City Center and the Metro Station. It is fresh renovated and all is neat an clean. It is very spacious has a fast WiFi Connection wirh enough room for 4 adults. We will certainly return once visiting Porto again.
