Welcome to my studio!

This cozy 12m² space has been renovated with stylish decor and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. Ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants, it provides the perfect base for your stay. It is located on the 1st floor of the building.

Designed with an open-concept layout, the studio seamlessly integrates the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. It features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a TV for entertainment, and a dining table ideal for enjoying meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare your favourite dishes.

Multiple windows fill the space with natural light, enhancing its bright and welcoming ambience.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Important note: There is no lift, and the stairs are pretty steep, making them unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility or physical difficulties. Additionally, the building is situated in a lively part of the city so that some street noise may be expected.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous areas. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station S. Bento, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
