This lovely apartment is designed to offer a relaxed and comfortable stay in Matosinhos, combining modern convenience with a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Step into the open-plan living area where the lounge and kitchen flow seamlessly together. Here you can unwind on the large sofa while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or prepare meals with ease using the fully equipped kitchen, which includes essential cookware and a dishwasher. The dining area, with a round table and chairs, provides a pleasant setting for shared meals or relaxed evenings at home.

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, bedside tables, and soft lighting to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The modern bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and includes a refreshing shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience after a day exploring the coast.

A true highlight of the home is the private terrace, where you can relax on comfortable seating or gently sway in the hammock. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind in the fresh air, or end the day with a peaceful evening drink in Matosinhos.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire first-floor apartment, including the terrace. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer during your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Matosinhos, just a short walk from the beach and the lively seafront promenade. Guests can enjoy surfing, sunbathing, and long coastal walks, as well as the famous seafood restaurants the area is known for.

Nearby attractions include Matosinhos Market, Parque da Cidade, and easy access to Porto’s city center via public transport. It’s an ideal base for a relaxing beach stay combined with urban exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Matosinhos Sul (Metro do Porto – Line A), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing direct connections to Porto city centre and other key areas.

The nearest train station, Porto Campanhã (Linha do Norte), can be reached via metro in about 25–30 minutes, offering regional and national rail connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15–20 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
