Vacation apartment in Porto Cesareo, for rent just 350 meters from the beaches. The house is on the second floor of a small villa overlooking the basin and offers up to 6 beds.
 
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet,
electric oven, mosquito nets, hair dryer and TV. In the shared garden
there is an outdoor shower and laundry room with washing machine,
ironing board and iron. Reserved outdoor parking.

The apartment is on the second floor of a small villa with a large garden and porch equipped
to spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. This space is shared
between all the apartments in the house. External stairs lead to the
floor.
The entrance is in a hallway from which one passes to the eat-in kitchen and the small terrace overlooking the basin. Also from the hallway leads to the living room and sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with pull-out sofa bed. Completing the interior are 2 shower rooms.
Air conditioning is present in the living room and in all rooms.

vacation apartment is located in Porto Cesareo, in the locality Scala
di Furno just 350 meters from the most beautiful beaches and about 2.5
km from the center of Porto Cesareo, where there are all the main
accessories.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared outdoor shower and laundry room with washing machine and iron and iron board.
