•Many large windows for full light during the day light- can be opened in Summer months to let cool night breeze (AC is in window for those few hot weeks in Summer).

•Sitting chair complete with reading lights, blankets and pillows

•Antique coffee table with coasters is perfect for enjoying drinks and relaxing with friends.

•Original wooden floors

•large TV for movie night above fire place mantle

•Full equipped kitchen

•Refrigerator with Freezer

•12 cup Coffee maker with grinder

•Beer glasses in freezer

•White and red wine glasses

•Matching dinner plates, soup/salad bowls, bread plates

•All cooking utensils provided including sharpened knives.

•Gas stove with oven

•Spices, flour, staples provided with the exception of milk/cream

•Special requests can be fulfilled ahead of time as well (special flower, chocolates, etc) please email us.

•Soap and bubble laundry mat is 2 blocks away.
