Located close to appealing attractions, you'll love touring the area and visiting sites like the State Theatre, Portland Museum of Art, Victoria Mansion, Casco Bay Lines, and Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad that are all within walking distance. Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse and Val Halla Gold & Recreation are within a 13-mile radius.

We spent a long weekend in Portland. The location of the apartment was fantastic! Within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants, shops, and the ferry. There were several reviews about the parking. We had no issues finding street parking within 4-5 blocks each night. There was also a parking garage nearby, but we never had to use it. The apartment was upstairs. It was decorated very nicely and was very clean. It was a great apartment for a couple wanting a few days away. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The post on Expedia mentioned “free parking for one vehicle”. Vacasa emailed AFTER payment (non-refundable!) and said parking is first come first served. When we arrived the spot was taken so we had to go park at a parking garage ($40 overnight). It was late at night too. I consider this false advertisement, and I should be reimbursed. On top of it, as you enter the apartment (upper floor, no elevator) you have to carry your luggage an extra flight of stairs (INSIDE your apartment - on some shady stairs). I would not recommend this apartment. Better to avoid.
