Charming Downtown Home, fully fenced yard, pet friendly!

This charming home blends vintage character with modern comforts and is yours for a private, relaxing stay.

Inside: A well-equipped kitchen, Roku TV to stream your favorite networks, central heating & window AC (no central AC).

Outside: A fully fenced backyard for kids & pets, plus a fire pit with an optional grill for cozy nights.

The house is a 1947 house with vintage hardwood floor that is showing the character of age. There are vintage age marks on the hardwood floor.

We're planning to refinish the floor later this year. So for now if vintage flooring bothers you, then perhaps another Airbnb that is more recently remodelled would be more suitable for you.

Full bath is on the small size as shown th photos. So we have a small sink roughly 15" x 7" installed.

Indoor fireplace is not functional.

Also please note that the home has central air heating and window AC units in both bedrooms, but no central AC.

Prime location: A short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, farmers markets, & parks. Close to the MAX Station for easy access to Portland.

So cozy and so cute!

The house was in an amazing neighborhood, within walking distance from the TriMet Max, bus stations, and downtown Hillsboro. The check in and check out were easy. The house was so cute!! The backyard was great, lots of privacy and just as cozy as the inside. I went when the flowers were all bloomed too 100% would stay again.

As advertised

The furniture was not as comfortable as we hoped but the place was clean and served our purpose. We did not bring our pets, but it would’ve been great for pets. Backyard was very nice.

Great home base

We stayed here while visiting family and it was a comfortable spot to relax in after a day of activities. The back yard was securely fenced in for our dog, and our toddler loved running around. We had everything we needed to prep our groceries for meals and snacks. The street outside is mildly busy, but there is a back entrance to the driveway that made it safer to move kids and animals in and out.

Hillsboro rental

All in all this place was as advertised. Clean and cozy, small but comfortable, near enough to walk downtown, nice fenced backyard for our pooch. Only 3 complaints: Grant is a very busy street which starts early and makes sleep in the front bedroom iffy for light sleepers, which also applies to the beds in that room because the springs are very noisy. Lastly, someone was smoking in the backyard and left their cigarette butts on the table. Kinda disgusting. Overall satisfied with the unit and would rent again.

Cute little blue house

The house was absolutely perfect for us. Cute cozy and comfy all the important C's. There was a bit of dog hair that I wasn't expecting but nothing major... She thought of so many essentials in case we forgot something. The location was amazing!! We walked to downtown Hillsboro and it was close to so many other restaurants and things to do.

Convenient and everything you need

This adorable house is within walking distance of the downtown area. It is in a nice area and the house itself is clean and well set up. Highly recommend.

Perfect place!

This house, the yard, and the host were perfect for our temporary stay while we waited for our movers. The dogs and I were very comfortable and cozy in this perfect little house. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with my questions. We would definitely recommend this house as a great place to stay while in Hillsboro.

Charming home and great host

We stayed one night and it was perfect. The incredible host was very communicable and made every effort to make it a good experience. Maverick played pretty hard with the toys there, so we left one of his own for future fur babies to enjoy! I could not recommend this place enough.
