The city views off the terrace are spectacular! The proximity of the property is ideal. It’s close to everything. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The check in/out process was easy. It is a comfortable place.

Lovely Clean home

My sister was undergoing treatment at OHSU and we needed a super clean place nearby the hospital. This house was a lifesaver! Everything she needed was on one level, the shower was accessible, there’s even a bidet and an adjustable bed. All of her food needed to be cooked at home, the kitchen is nice to cook in. We needed to clean daily and the house is super easy to keep spotless. The beds are comfortable. The two bedrooms downstairs are nice with plenty of closet space. There’s a tiny garage that our Honda Pilot just barely fit into. There is no automatic opener or outside keypad but we made it work. No steps required to get into or around the house, which is great if you’re mobility impaired. The very best part is the view! I caught my sister looking at the view often, with so much to see! Binoculars would be fun, we spotted a bald eagle one day. There is no deck furniture. Maybe bring some camping chairs with you. The dryer is in the garage and the washing machine right next to it is in the kitchen. This was a bit tricky with our car parked in the tiny garage but it was fine. Jin and Tim took great care of us and responded to each and every communication quickly. They even arranged for us to get a mailbox key so friends could send notes to my sister. I highly recommend this home, it’s a really nice location, very clean and a great view!

Great place but it lacks a few things

I agree with Stephen C’s comments. It wouldn’t take much to make this a 5 star condo. Contrary to the description the kitchen is not that well equipped: only 4 small coffee cups, there are only two wine glasses and 6 large glasses, it doesn’t have any baking dishes and the Keurig must be the least expensive one ever sold as it hard to use (and I own one). We couldn’t charge our devices by the beds as there are no available outlets near the nightstands. While the light fixtures are stunningly beautiful, they are very bright and dimmer switches would allow a better view of the city at night and softer ambient light in the morning.

Celebrating my special day at a special place

I had a wonderful stay at "Breathtaking views w/ modern lux 2320"! The stunning views of Portland from the hills were truly breathtaking, and the spacious living room was the perfect setting for celebrating my birthday with family and friends. The updated appliances, adjustable beds, and modern bathrooms with a bidet added a touch of luxury to our stay. The long terrace and spacious kitchen were also highlights.The only downside was the limited parking, but having used the garage to park my car in helped aliviate some space for streeet parking for my guests.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Portland.

Made Bike Show

This was perfect for our team! We had plenty of room and it was a great bonding experience for our team. It was a short bike ride away from the Made Show which was easy. We all loved every bit of it. The place slept 5 people easy and if you brought an air mattress you could easily get 7 people if not more, in this spot. Super convenient and clean, 10 outta 10. The view was the cherry on top.

Great location and beautiful house

Pros: Great location, beautiful views and pretty interior design. We rented the house for a graduation party and it accommodated a good sized get together. There is a good spot to walk your dogs right up the street, but no yard or fenced area for them. Easy check in and good communication from the host. Cons: the house only had 4 chairs. No outside chairs on the beautiful patio, so it was basically unusable. The bedrooms did not have lights on the nightstands, which was not safe for my 84 year old mother who was traveling with us. The kitchen was definitely not very well equipped for entertaining a larger group. There were only 4 tiny teacups, so if you are a coffee drinker, bring your own cups. Also, the bedrooms did not have blackout curtains, so if light bothers you, bring a sleeping mask. The curtains in bedroom on the main floor did not provide complete privacy from the street.
