Viatges a El Jadida

Chambre spacieuse et propre, la literie demande un peu plus de propreté

Thanks Ismail !! Very good recepcionist 👌👌👌👌👌👌

I rarely review hotel stays but I was so disappointed with this hotel particularly after all the positive reviews. We booked a suite and discovered it was infested with hundreds of ants that were attracted to an open sugar cube in the inside of the coffee tray. This had been missed by the cleaning staff and based on the amount of the ants, it had been missed multiple times/days. The bed was broken on one side resulting in it squeaking with every move. The staff did not have another option that night so were moved the next night. The hotel description says that the rooms are soundproof which is untrue. The windows are single pane so the constant noise of downtown Casablanca can be heard and you need earplugs to get to sleep. When we requested bottles of water to use for drinking and brushing your teeth the request took hours. The breakfast was a relatively basic buffet compare to comparable hotels and when we ordered eggs they were cold! Not just lukewarm but cold eggs! The hotel as a whole looks trendy on first glance but when you look closely, there are marks on walls, carpet is dirty and the cleaning is surface. It's not a 5 star and the staff need more training and better attitudes. I witnessed the cleaning staff multiple times sitting on the couches on their phones rather than cleaning with the room doors wide open. I wonder if the positive comments have been manipulated. Either way avoid and choose another option!

Tout était très bien
