This pet-friendly home features a spacious one-level layout with two oceanfront queen bedrooms, and a living area equipped with a 65-inch smart TV for your group's entertainment. Relax on the screened porch after a beach day steps away, or take a casual walk to the nearby Cape Trading Post.

Good property that needs some attention…

We absolutely loved these things about the property: Screened porch was great for nighttime sitting! The home was clean (with some exceptions) and nicely decorated. The picture on the tv was amazingly clear! Location near Trading Post and donut shop was very convenient. Kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, and ability to do laundry in the home. Excellent gulf view, with outside captains chairs for watching sunrise. Comfy furniture. Great floor plan. Access to main floor via outside stairs was nice, and door lock worked well. Things that could use attention: Access to the beach was a big problem. This was partially due to the erosion from Hurricane Helene, and we had been told we could access through a property a few houses down; however, that was very inconvenient. Screened porch door was rickety and needs to be replaced. Screen had been ripped out and stapled back, and parts of the door itself were hanging by a loose screw. The door did not close securely without extra effort. Would be dangerous for a small child, toddler, or pet. Bathrooms: Tub faucets in master bath were loose and wobbly. Both shower curtains were nice, but the liners were covered with mildew. Something that was problematic and is out of the property owners’ control was the number of dogs on the beach WITHOUT leashes. Overall, we loved the property and had a wonderful vacation. With some attention, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Ideal poperty, down the stairs and on beach.

The perfect beach front property, right on the beach, maybe 50 feet away if that far. I have rented many beach front properties, but this was #1 by far, ideal, 5 stars. Pet friendly house and pet friendly beach. Property was clean and looks like updated. Only one story, which for senior adults saved going up and down steps. Pictures in VRBO are very accurate. Cape San Blas actually faces west, which surprised me, thus had killer sunsets. Good neighborhood, but large grocery store and restaurants are 20 minutes away in Port ST Joe or Apalachicola, but an insignificant problem.

Break from the Michigan cold

We loved this home! We were able to walk right outside to a beautiful beach where we hunted shells for hours. Our pup loved frolicking in the beach and made several new friends on our jaunts! This was a perfect home as we were traveling with another couple and we each had our own private bath/bedroom area plus our own personal deck! The shared deck was screened in which was perfect for our pooch! I would definitely return to this home! We loved it!

The house had everything we needed! It is a perfect location right on the beach but also a really short walk to the Trading Post, Ice Cream shop, and even the Shrimp Restaurant.

Best Beach week!

We fell in love with Cape San Blas and My Tide: It was our first time to CSB and we will definitely be back. My Tide is right on the beach with a wide beach frontage. The water, shell finds, and amazing sunsets were unbelievable. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 6 and a set of grandparents. We also loved how close it was to the Trading Post and donut shop. Thank you for a great week!

‘My Tide” was a great location with perfect Sunsets..

We had a wonderful stay! Sunsets directly in front. Shelling has been awesome. Home has all your basic needs. Nice gas grill. Grocery store is within walking distance and has a great selection of steaks. Seafood market next to it as well. The Cape is in full swing of recovery mode and on track for another beautiful fun summer! I didn’t like having to drive back for check-in after a late arrival, but found a few shops while having to do so, so it wasn’t so bad for the long drive off the cape. We will be back ! We appreciate thei owners accommodations for our Golden Retriever.as well!
