You can walk by the beach at our home, or just across the street is the beautiful Saint Joseph Bay where you can snorkel and explore. Did we mention that we have all the gear you need for the beach in the outdoor beach gear room down below with chairs, grill, boogie boards and more.

Dixie's Delight is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, dog-friendly town home located on the beachfront on North Cape San Blas. This home provides free WIFI. Watch the sun rise from the bay side bedroom balcony and then watch it set from the swing on the screened porch, or from the upper level balcony. It has fabulous views of the low density, sugar white sand beaches and the luster of the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main level is one large area comprising the living room, dining area and kitchen, with views of the Gulf from anywhere in this room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a blender, slow cooker, mixer and more. The glass doors open onto a large screened porch with a swing. There is also a half bath on this level.

All three bedrooms with brand new luxury sheets on the beds and two full sized baths are located on the upper level. The king master is located on the gulf front with a walk-out to an upper balcony. This room has a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom is located on the bay side of the home. This bedroom has a king sized bed and a walk-out balcony with views of the bay. An additional full bathroom is located on this level.
