    Prepárese para sus propias aventuras en el paraíso en esta casa actualizada de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con vistas al golfo. Disfruta jugando en la piscina privada. O tome algunas sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes del almacén y diríjase a menos de 300 pies a la legendaria arena blanca de la playa de Cape San Blas. Más tarde, puede enjuagarse en la ducha exterior fría / caliente incluida.


    En el primer nivel de la casa encontrará azulejos frescos en la cocina abierta y en la gran sala, junto con vistas al hermoso Golfo de México. La terraza fuera de la sala de estar contiene puertas para los perros o niños, un columpio en el porche y una mesa / sillas para 4. Hay pasos hacia un área cercada ideal para perros. La cocina bien surtida cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (nuevo en 2013) y todos los platos, utensilios y utensilios que pueda necesitar. La encimera de baldosas tiene capacidad para cuatro, mientras que la mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para seis. Además de cómodos asientos de cuero en la sala de estar, encontrará libros, juegos, tarjetas, un sistema de música y un televisor de pantalla plana con DVD y barra de sonido.


    También en el primer nivel hay una habitación queen con acceso a una terraza frente a la piscina ajardinada profesionalmente y St. Joe’s Bay. Esta habitación tiene acceso a un baño completo al que también se puede acceder desde la sala de estar principal. Una sala de lavandería separada con lavadora y secadora grandes está convenientemente ubicada en el primer nivel.


    El segundo nivel de Adventures in Paradise tiene pisos de madera en las habitaciones # 2 y # 3. El dormitorio n. ° 2 es el principal con una cama King, área de descanso, TV de pantalla plana grande y acceso a una cubierta superior con asientos y fantásticas vistas al golfo. La puesta de sol es especialmente deslumbrante desde aquí. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos. El dormitorio # 3 tiene una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana con DVD / VCR y un gran baño privado y armario.


    En el tercer nivel de la casa se encuentra el cuarto dormitorio, un área de loft privado con una cama doble sobre litera completa con nido (para 4). Es perfecto para niños. Hay un vestidor y baño completo en el desván, además de un gran televisor de pantalla plana con DVD. El loft es la única habitación en el 3er nivel. No tiene puerta.


    Puede mantenerse conectado con WIFI gratuito y larga distancia. Hay estacionamiento cubierto para al menos dos autos. Una parrilla de gas, parrilla de carbón y mesa de picnic están a la mano. ¡Un elevador de carga para comestibles y equipaje! Si te quedas sin nada, o no tienes ganas de cocinar, hay pequeñas tiendas a menos de media milla en cada dirección. Es un paseo fácil por el camino de la bicicleta, o puede tomar la bicicleta de 3 ruedas para adultos en el cuarto de almacenamiento. El norte es el Cape Trading Post y el sur es la tienda de conveniencia Scallop Cove. Ambos venden casi cualquier cosa, incluidos los alimentos cocinados (sándwiches, pizzas, etc.)

Love Cape San Blas!

Property was perfect for our family. The walk to beach was quick and easy! Only suggestion would be to provide more bathroom towels and the master mattress needs to be replaced. It is sagging in spots. Otherwise the accommodations were wonderful and we will be back!

The kitchen was amply supplied with gadgets, utensils and space. There was a moderate sized pantry for groceries that we never even filled up. The lift outside was a game changer for us. So nice to not have to make multiple trips on stairs. Top porch provided beautiful views of gulf water and sunset. Very pleased with our stay.

As a return vacationer to Cap San Blas, we were beyond pleased with this rental. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The house was spacious enough for all of us and our furbabies. Having the convenience of the fenced in yard was perfect. The pool was used on a daily basis - I was concerned about the closeness of the road but we never noticed any traffic. The walk to the beach was perfect even on a hot day. The little touches such as the rags in a basket, a step stool and Swiffer were appreciated. This is one rental that I look forward to renting again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay! The house is in a great location, close to the beach and close to the general store and ice cream shop. We rented paddleboards and bikes and had a great week in a beautiful location. The house could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived as we noticed pet hair and dust both downstairs as well as in bedrooms. The sliding doors on the main level did not slide well which was frustrating, but not an huge deal overall. The management company was very responsive about a pool heating issue, which was resolved quickly. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great Family Vacation

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our pets and it offered a great environment for them with a fenced in backyard. We would highly recommend this location if you are planning a vacation.

Home Away From Home - Our little piece of Paradise to escape to

Coastal Joe and their staff are always pleasant and helpful and takes care of any needs we have. VayKLife is also great providing us with all the beach gear we want. The house Location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach. Beautiful home with everything you need, always clean, spacious, awesome kitchen, master suite with views of the ocean, outside grill, private pool, decks to enjoy eating outside listening to the waves, watching sunsets and sunrises, back yard fenced area back yard. We have visited here a couple times a year for past several years and ALWAYS look forward to coming back to our home away from home.

perfect beach getaway

The fenced yard and porch in the back made it super easy to let the fur babes out, and we loved having the private pool as well. The beach is just a short walk down the pathway. Overall, this is a 10/10 for us and we would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Family vacation with dogs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for.a family of 6 and 2 large dogs! Location to beach was great. Dogs had fenced in yard. Pool was nice to have. Kitchen very well stocked. The railing on the deck from the master bedroom were very loose but we called to let rental company know. The nails in deck also need to be nailed in. And the bedroom on main floor did not have good air flow it was always warmest place in house. Our family would enjoy coming back to this house again.

Parking for more than 2 cars!!

The parking worked out great... if you have 10 or more people staying in a house you normally need more than 2 spaces for vehicles!! We had 6 vehicles, and we parked with no problems!! The walk to the beach was not bad, even us old folks had no problem getting there! There is a cargo lift that will take all your luggage and groceries up to the 2nd floor where the kitchen is. That was great!! The check in process was ok. You had to stop at the realtor place that was on the way to the house, not out of the way at all. However, if you checked in after-hours the packet was in a drop box. It would feel safer if there was a code to unlock the box. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

Best vacation ever!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I traveled down to Cape San Blas for our daughters spring break vacation. We absolutely fell in love with the property. The added bonus was the property was pet friendly. Would highly recommend this location. The views were just breath taking, was also a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Our dog loved to lay out on the deck relaxing in the sun, and we loved that everything was gated to keep him contained. Thank you Coastal Joe’s for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back next year.

Relaxing stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Very relaxing and great location. Beach was just a short walk away. House was clean and stocked very well with things you may not think to bring for your stay. Only issue we had was upon arrival there was a surplus of overflowing trash from the guests before us and those prior guests did not have the courtesy to put their trash out at the trash pickup spot with the other houses on the lane that had their trash cans there and ready for pick up as well. I'm not sure that is on this rental agency as much as prior guests not taking pride and responsibility with the property in maintaining the cleanliness and following trash guidelines in the renters guide. Other than that little issue everything was superb and this house was a great choice for us and we had a great time. I will rent again in the future and come back !

Family Thanksgiving

Spacious. Clean. Kitchen very well appointed. 9 adults. 3 married couples used the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen has a door to the bathroom but this bathroom would be shared by all because it’s off the kitchen. The other 3 adults shared the top loft floor. There is a bathroom up there also. There are a lot of stairs in this house. The cargo lift was very helpful while unpacking. The back porch is nice if you have pets. The only thing I would caution is a small dog can escape through the bars and the steps leading down to the sandy fenced area have a pretty sizable gap that a curious smaller dog can get through. This house was perfect for our long Thanksgiving weekend.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation

They were very responsive and helpful. You do need a key for the property. It comes with 2 keys. It's inconvenient when a lot of people are staying together and doing different things. We ended up leaving the door unlocked most of the time. The fence was good for the larger dogs but our 10 pound chihuahua walked right through it. There are 2 sets of stairs on the deck going down to the fenced area. 2 of our dogs were scared of the open steps. We had to carry our biggest one up and down the first half of the trip but then she got brave. The pool isn't very big. The beach access was close and the beach cart and chairs were perfect. The bay access is down the street a ways with no parking so we launched our kayaks from the state park. If you're a foodie this area isn't for you. We didnt find anything amazing at the restaurants in the area. We did get the cake donuts from Webers. We waited over an hour and a half. They were good but I wouldn't wait again. The bike/walking trail is nice and just across the street. I love that the dogs could go onto the beach. The beach was never crowded which was nice. We were there over 4th of July and there were plenty of fireworks set off on the beach that could be seen from the house. The house itself was great. It could use a few repairs but overall clean and well stocked with lots of dishes, etc. If you are looking for a place away from a lot of touristy type stuff and just want to sit on the beach this is perfect. Not sure we will stay in this area again mainly because of the restaurant options. I don't want to do much cooking while on vacation and when bringing dogs I don't want to have to travel far to get meals.
