  • You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside of HWY 98. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach.

    Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
    • 1 king bed
    • 1 queen bed
    • 2 sets of custom-made twin bunk beds (lower beds close to the floor, upper beds with extra high railings)
    • 1 air mattress with pump
    • 1 toddler/baby Pack ‘n Play
    • 1 folding bed

    Mexico Beach is a quaint town with local shops and restaurants, offering a peaceful beach experience away from the crowds. Panama City is just 20 miles away for those seeking entertainment options.

    THINGS TO KNOW:
    • Our property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.
    • We value security and have one video doorbell. The camera is facing the street and has no view of the inside the unit nor back patio. The active recording is taking place of the outside in front of our unit.
    • The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
    • All guests including infants and children must be included in your party size when making a reservation.

    OCCUPANCY:
    We count every person, no matter their age, towards the total number of
    guests allowed in a space. So, if there's 1 adult and 8 kids (even babies),
    we've reached our limit. When you book, treat infants aged 0-2 as children
    when figuring out the fees. Please include infants in the count of kids to
    record occupancy correctly.

    Some times, if requested, we accommodate 9 guests with an additional daily fee $25, regardless of age (0-100 years old).

The home is spacious and very clean. Veronica had lots of amenities and things to make the beach house feel like home. The beds were comfortable and soft. The home is a short walk to the beach. The beach was so family friendly, which was a pleasant departure from the other overcrowded beaches. Our kids loved every minute of the beach! The town, and close by Port St. Joe, is cute and relaxing. There were plenty of unique and local places to eat and shop within a reasonable distance. We were very happy with this home, and we would love to stay again!

Our stay was absolutely great. The house was very clean and WELL STOCKED! We totally overpacked with all of the things the house already had in abundance. This was a very nice change of pace :). The place was just a few steps from the beach and quiet. We had absolutely no issues and would stay again in a heartbeat. Also…Veronika is an amazing host. She responded promptly to all inquiries and was very informative. We had a great vacation here. 15/10 :)

Veronica was an excellent communicator! The home is so close to the beach. The area was quiet and the beach was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the food trucks and went into Port St Joe for dinner too! Beautiful sunsets as well. We will come again for sure.

The rental was great! Well equipped and very comfortable…Short walk to the beach, sunsets on the beach were beautiful. We visited Port St Joe, Apalachicola and St George Island and met so many nice people…. Will definitely look into this rental again…

We liked everything about our stay in this townhouse. It was well furnished and very well decorated. The host, Veronica, was very helpful. We always got an answer to any question we ask in a timely manner. We plan to return there sometime this summer.

Each year we take our 4 grandchildren on an experience/adventure trip. This was perfect!!! Enough room for everyone, short walk to the beach and everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Great experience!

The most perfect place to stay! We had a great experience with our stay at this home on our spring break. The house was very clean and put together. The location is also perfect. Plus it is super close walk to the beach! Overall amazing experience and would do it again!

Great location

In town for a short snapper fishing trip. Great proximity to city boat slips, marina and restaurants. Made checkin available early and had great sleeping arrangements. Would certainly stay again!

The house is adorable, clean, and has just about anything you will need on a stay away from home. Communication with property manager was great and easy. Would happily stay here again.
