We stayed for 6 days at the beach house and it was perfect for a small family. The walk to the beach was easy and it was nice that we were able to use the wagon and beach chairs that the owners provided. The bedroom balcony is great for the adults staying there.

This was our family's first time visiting Mexico Beach and we could not have picked a better home! We loved how close it was to the beach. The home was clean, modern, nicely decorated and had all the necessities. We really loved utilizing the beach cart and outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. And it was super convenient to have Killer Seafood as our neighbor.

House is amazing. Plenty of room. Perfect location for the beach access . Had plenty of items available for us to use at the beach, the wagon was a life saver. Close location for dining and shopping in Port St Joe . We love Mexico Beach for non touristy atmosphere but love that it’s just an hour ish from Panama Beach if we want the touristy experience. Definitely would book this home again if available.

Beautiful and Great Location

Great location that was just a quick walk across the road from the beach. The house itself was very nice and very modern. A great place for a family of three or four Tuesday.Location is only about 15 minutes from Port St Joe’s and there is also a great seafood place (Killer Seafood) directly in front of the house.

Grab and go

Everything went smoothly from the moment we showed up until we left. Kitchen was well stocked, grilling was easy, beach was across the street and everybody was happy. Great view and quiet (when the town wasn't paving).

Beautiful beach house, nicely decorated, excellent location, with food trucks and gas station in walking distance and the beach right across the street. Would recommend!!

Beautiful home. Amazing location with public beach access just across the street. Food trucks of Killer Seafood and TK kitchen nearby were both delicious. Had beach chairs and umbrella delivered daily by Hy Tyde beach services, which was fantastic. Personally, Mango Marley’s was BLAH. Shipwreck was the best food nearby with Port St Joe downtown seafood bar being a close second. Bring beach towels (we had to buy some as we flew in from across the country) and toilet paper…

items for improvement

Overall a great experience. One item to improve is the trash can situation. There is not enough trash cans. The trash from the prior rental was overflowing for several days and blocked the driveway. Recommend as part of the cleaning to remove that trash before new tenants move in. It is the first thing you see on arrival. When we checked out, we have to leave out food trash from the fridge in the same place for the next tenants. Not a good sight. However, everything else was perfect. Thank you for having the beach chairs and cart. Recommend some beach towels for the guests.

We loved that we had room to park. Some condo units only allow one space. We could’ve parked 4 cars, if need be. The walk to the beach was under a minute. The food trucks nearby offered a variety of choices. They were all very tasty! Inside the home, we had plenty of room. Never felt crowded. One morning, while cooking breakfast, we watched deer in the backyard! A recommendation I have is for a couple of bigger pans to cook on. We made pancakes one morning & had to cook one at a time. Not a deal breaker by any means! All in all our stay was great!
