Florida waterfront home with a view

Waterfront home located in Martha's Vineyard neighborhood. The rental is located on Miller Bayou with direct Gulf access. Relax and enjoy your time in the waterfront yard. Enjoy the Florida sunshine swinging in the hammock, soaking up the sun in the loungers, and exploring the Bayou/Gulf of Mexico (kayaks included) This is a great spot for bird watching, dolphin viewing, fishing and sunsets. There are multiple parks (bicycles provided) and waterfront restaurants all within walking distance

We provide the water/beach/outdoor activity amenities/equipment for you. 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem (2 seater), 2 bicycles ( cruisers), fishing rods, tackle, bait bucket, beach chairs, beach bags, beach mats, beach towels, dry bags, snorkel equipment, water floats, cooler, and cooler ice packs are included in the rental, for guest use.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a daybed with pull out trundle. Air mattress available. Back yard (water front) has dock, chairs, loungers, gas grill, and outdoor table/chairs. Each bedroom has a TV and comes equipped with smart DVD and roku streaming device. The living room is equipped with large flat screen with Roku TV and DVD player. Rental has Spectrum streaming application (cable) on all TV’s. Porch has dining table chairs, love seat chair/ottoman. The house has 1 full bathroom, extra sink/toilet ( utility room) outdoor shower, internet access, and central AC.

Relaxing house with a great view, including great outdoor area and wildlife interaction.

Overall, it was great. Very relaxing, the veiw tranquil, the neighbor was friendly and helpful. A tight neighborhood, but the property itself nicely laid-out. The daily dolphin viewing was awesome. The bed, the coffeemaker and towels were a disappointment and tuned an excellent rating into a great rating.

I really enjoyed my stay. Location was great. Just did not care for one of the neighbors, but nothing that the owner could do about them. Had trouble getting tv in bedroom to work, but was so active we went to sleep easily without watching it. I would or will come back again.

Beach Home Love

This listing is great in so many ways. The host is extremely helpful and even offered a later check out!! The property is so relaxing and close to everything we needed. They kayaks were great for an evening of BBQ and sunset rows. We will definitely be back for this one.

Quiet retreat

We loved Our stay! Our experience was pleasant and enjoyable, filled with fond memories of the backyard. Tho the house and some amenities need a bit of attention, our hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful. Very quick responses to any needs we had...which were few. We are hoping to return soon!

Very Nice location

My wife and I were able to travel throughout central Florida and use the Little house on the Bayou as our base point. It was a very comfortable place to rest in the evenings. Loraine was helpful and was there for any need we may have had at a moments notice. This home was meant for two people. If this was my rental, I would put some effort into updating it's furnishings and fixing the bathroom electrical outlet. But, as I said it has a great location and you can't beat the cost.
