"Clean room. A little heavy on scent of some kind. Hallways and elevators were too warm.
Staff was uber friendly and helped us to get the room booked on Expedia.
Not sure about the barn like bathroom doors. Too many gaps and no lock.
Room is uber nice. We had a bay view on fifth floor. Had hoped to see the fireworks from bridge blast but building next door blocked it.
Bed was ok. Quiet room.
Parking was a cluster when first arriving."

"Issues included no AC, surprise flights of stairs, and the host's inability (unwillingness?) to provide solutions to problems.
Our primary issue was with the lack of AC. "Heating" is listed as an amenity, which is true, but my outlandish assumption was a property marketed as a "suite" would have comfortable temperatures. "This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...
