  • Disfrute de la envoltura enorme alrededor de porche en nuestra casa de playa acogedora sólo cuadras de la playa. Perfeccione para la reunión de la familia o apenas "consiga lejos". Todo lo que necesita se proporcionan para unas vacaciones sin estrés. Relájese en la playa, pescar en el puerto deportivo de Indianola o jugar en la piscina SaltWater Saloon. Magnolia playa es un lugar maravilloso para vacaciones. Conduzca hasta el estacionamiento en la playa, acceso de barco, puente crabbing, baño limpio, alquiler de kayak y gran pesca. Nuestra casa de vacaciones está en un barrio tranquilo, a sólo 4 cuadras de la playa y tiene aire acondicionado central y calefacción, wifi, TV vía satélite, juegos para niños, cocina de tamaño completo con todos los electrodomésticos. Gran pesca de la trucha y del pescado rojo en la bahía o del Indianola Fiahing Marina. También tenemos una estación de limpieza de pescado y un pozo de barbacoa. Cerca de Port O'Connor y un corto viaje a Port Aransas. Ofrecemos alquiler por noche, con una estadía mínima de tres noches, alquiler semanal y alquiler mensual, hasta dos meses de reserva. Cubrimos hasta $ 100 de factura de electricidad para los inquilinos mensuales, los inquilinos son responsables de la cantidad restante antes de la salida del hogar.

Great Beach Cabin

Perfect location, close to the beach and Indianola Marina! The home was clean, and the porch was relaxing. We will stay here again.

Perfect getaway spot!

Beach was close fishing spots galour and overalls very nice quiet spot! Local shops are super friendly ☺️ we will visit again.

Summer end

Perfect place for our family's last getaway before all are off. The porch which was in the shade most of the day was a favorite spot! 😍 And of course the beach and fishing was so fun! A great house!

Magnolia beach Hoffman family vacation 2025

We had a blast at Magnolia beach! Lots of fishing at chocolate bayou, magnolia beach fishing marina, and the port lavaca pier! Even whent swimming at the port lavaca community pool! Tonjas house is amazing, and neighbor Judy is such a doll! It was a great place to stay and a wonderful home base while we were down there having fun! Will definitely book this house again in the future!

Cozy Beach Cottage

Tonya and Martin are great hosts and respond quickly although there was seldom a need to contact them as the property is well appointed and generally in good repair. Love the porch and outside areas and all the extras that are there for guest use. Wonderful area with lots of options for walks, fishing, etc. Highly recommend this property for longer stays.

Not just a beach house.

When you first get to the house that wrap around porch is really nice . The decorations inside and outside wear charming. This house was cozy and felt like home . Also we enjoyed the beds very comfortable and house was very clean . We would stay again .

Cozy Beach Cottage

The property was as advertised. Fishing from the public pier was excellent, caught a lot of black drum. Definitely must stop down at the marina for dinner and make sure you bring your fishing pole.

Nice and quiet and relaxing

We really enjoyed the quiet, the porch and nice neighbors. They were just a few things that need to be updated. There were no batteries for the livingroom ceiling fan/light. The Wii also had dead batteries. The owners were very quick to answer any questions on the VRBO app.

Great family spot

From start to finish this was a great house. The owners communicated to welcome us the morning of our reservation. I had questions about fishing, they responded within 20 min. The check-in was super simple. These owners want you to feel at home, as they allow you to use the house as if it is your own: spices in the kitchen, pots/pans, shampoo, laundry machines, etc. The kids and us really enjoyed the journal (you'll understand when you rent), was such a nice such! The house is initmate, cozy, and you do NOT feel spread out. You come as a family/group, and you feel that together'ness. All of the reviewers raves about the outside porch, and it does not disappoint. The kids played soccer and volleyball in the yard about a day at the beach/pool, they enjoyed the yard, shady trees, etc. There is a small fenced in area if you bring your pet. There is literally nothing I can say I would change. Everywhere we needed to go was within a 20 min drive. The walmart/HEB was close. The bleach/splashpad for the kids was near the walmart. Fishing was in multiple locations, within 15-20 min. Everything was really close. There is a General store 45 seconds away from the house for simple items (we did not go in, forgot to). Internet worked just find. We would def recommend this house to others who stay in Port Lavaca.
