The only downfall for us was the price of parking. The hotel was clean, spacious, a delicious breakfast included with a lot of choices, and was close to everything we needed. The only let down for us like I said was the price of parking at $14 a day, adds up quickly when you’re there for a few nights.

Great stay. I would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient spot just outside of the downtown core.

The staff were extremely calm, friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic. They were very helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast was amazing. Although it would have been nice to have some hash browns and maybe some muffins or sweetbread like other Best Westerns offer. I was very happy with their French toast as that is something that others don't offer. I feel whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a poor job of guiding their staff. I would expect that their would be at least a couple of fresh towels in the pool area and maybe to switch their T.V. network to someone other than Rogers. After a long day of travel you would expect to be able to unwind with some T.V. or you would think BW would offer something like a discount considering this service was interrupted. Overall ,my stay here was very nice being close to the city ,yet far enough away for tranquility. Again, the staff were very friendly and empathetic.

The cohesiveness with the Casino was a big draw for us. We planned a small getaway at Casino NB to celebrate our recent engagement and it did not disappoint. From the moment of Check-in we were treated in the most courteous manner and made us feel at home. We enjoyed time by the pool, at the casino for some gambling and the Buffet and just relaxing. It was just what we needed to finish out a whirlwind of a week. The only thing that I could even think of critiquing was the lack of breakfast, but that isn’t really worth a mention because of the level of service and value to the property. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and have many amenities in them (bottled water would be nice but that’s nitpicking) but could use an update eventually, but again it’s difficult trying to come up with anything to critique.
