Newly Remodeled/ Beautiful Waterfront Condo - 30' dock

Beautiful & Cozy Condo overlooking the Harbor at Lake Erie. 30’ dock, in ground pool, jacuzzi, grills & a playground that invites anyone. Walking distance to The Jet Express & downtown Port Clinton activities. Sport Fishing trips available.

Beautiful Harborside is located just west of Downtown Port Clinton. Two beaches are close by. One is a 5 min walk east across the street, the other beach is 1/4 mile west, parking is available for both.

Downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express to the Islands is a 10-15 min walk.

This Condo is on the second floor, Newly Remodeled and is VERY CLEAN :). It has 1 Bedroom however can sleeps 6 and has 1 full bath. This is fully furnished with all the amenities; Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, toaster, blender, Coffee pot, cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, 2 televisions with Netflix & Free Wi-Fi. Whole House Heat and Air Conditioning, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, and Garbage Disposer. It is larger in size. It has a Brand-New 2011 Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Gas Grill Area, Picnic Pavilion, and Playground with Sandbox. The Condo overlooks a Beautiful Harbor on the Portage River and you have a Lake View from the bedroom window. A 30' Boat Slip just outside is optional for rent. Public boat launch 1 mile down the road.

Clean lake view condo in perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location with great amenities for those that want to experience everything downtown Port Clinton and Lake Erie has to offer. It is walking distance to the Jet Express (Put In Bay) and all downtown eateries and bars. It is a short drive or taxi ride from Catawba Island, Cedar Point and the Marble Head Lighthouse. The host is very attentive and available if needed! The condo was tastefully decorated and super clean. The pool was nice and there is even a boat dock if needed. I’d definitely return!

Great owners and amazing condo

We got this condo as a home base for our college fall break trip and it was amazing! Comes fully furnished with amenities and there was plenty of room to sleep all of us (and inflate an air mattress). Tim was great communicating leading up to the trip and was very accommodating. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is in a very nice development. It is located on the second floor, and bldg does not have an elevator. The property has a nice swimming pool with a hot tub. All the neighbors were very friendly. We did not make use of the dock, since we do not have a boat. The owner was very attentive and met all our needs. I recommend this unit, and will definitely return.

Fantastic stay

We spent 3 nights in this condo and it was really exceptional. Everything was immaculate, and great attention was given to a vacationer’s needs. Nice view of the marina, comfortable bed, plenty of storage so that we felt right at home once we settled in. The overall property, pool and hot tub are also very well maintained. Excellent stay, we will be back!!!

Exactly what we were looking for!

This property is very clean, modern, cozy, and the location was perfect. Tim, the owner, was wonderful to work with! Unfortunately, I had to bother him twice with questions, and he answered the phone both times and was extremely friendly and helpful. We even had some family from the area come up to visit, and they were very impressed with the condo and the property. We got lots of use of the pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills (all very well maintained and clean!). We've rented other condos in the area, but this was our favorite. We hated to leave but will definitely stay here agin! Thank you :)

Family Fun On Forth Of July

The condo was exactly what was advertised. It was beautiful and well taken care of. Having access to a boat dock right outside you door was great. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Property manager was so friendly and helpful and cannot wait to book again. Place was clean and AMAZING view of the harbor. Perfect location. Centrally located for all of our touristy destinations. Would totally recommend!!

Wonderful Condo!

We had a very nice & relaxing stay here! The location is within walking distance to the local Port Clinton shops & only about 15 min drive to Catawba. The condo is absolutely wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. We recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway location.

Great Weekend

Great weekend away with my husband and 15 y/o son! Condo allowed each of us our own space and was VERY clean. Everything was provided from sheets and towels to a well stocked kitchen. Close to the Jet Express and downtown. Tim, the owner, was exceptionally easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Looking forward to booking again! Highly recommend!!!

Port Clinton Gem

We were so pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean, the furnishings comfortable and decor was lovely! We relaxed with a drink while enjoying the river view and felt fortunate to have found this condo and all it had to offer. Our host was most accommodating and maintained excellent communication and recommended area restaurants when asked. We would happily stay again!

Short family getaway

Was very impressed with how nice and updated the condo was. Beautifully furnished with a great waterfront view. Only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again next year. Owner was great to deal with and very helpful.
