Extremely well appointed and equipped 2 bed/1 bath with a large screened in lanai and backyard. Roku smart TVs with very fast internet for streaming on multiple devices. Location is perfect for getting around for work or leisure, close to everything you need yet on a quiet and safe street. Kitchen has everything you need for a long or short stay. Separate BBQ grill and oversized front loading washer/dryer in each unit so you`re never sharing anything!

The service and attention to detail at this property is as well maintained as is the level of service we provide before and during your stay!

Entire place is yours! Each side of the has its own entrance and very private.

Carport available on each side along with a driveway for multiple cars. Backyard is a great size for your pets to be safe and roam at ease.

Cohost Brian and his wife live in the same street. The 3 of us are always available for our guests. We like to leave our guests alone once they are settled in but reach out for anything you need, we are happy to help!

We don`t claim to be the most luxurious property, but we definitely provide everything anyone needs no matter how long you are staying with us, which is very clean at a tremendous value.

Please NOTHING down the toilet, no TP, no wipes down the toilet, nothing please!. If we have to call a plumber to unclog or repair, you as the guest will be charged what they charge us. In August 2025 we had to do some serious repairs and we don`t want to charge anyone, but it`s noted here that if the camera shows it`s due to anything put down the toilet, we reserve the right to charge the guests.
