Our family enjoyed our stay, unfortunately, when we first arrived, we got there late at night and my daughter-in-law and myself were checking the beds. The sheets were dirty, and the beds had to be stripped and washed and dried. It did not even look as if anybody had swept or cleaned the floors. I have spoken to representatives at VRBO. And also sent photos. I am planning on calling shortly to speak to someone and see what can be done because of this experience. The host did refund us 200, which is what his cleaning person gets. I’m assuming. Unfortunately, my daughter-in-law and myself spent close to two hours cleaning before we could get to bed. And with two young children, it was a little disconcerting.

Vacation House

We have planned this vacation for months, my sister, my niece & her 2 children are coming here from Missouri to visit with me, my family & our mom for the week. Unfortunately our 85 year old mom fell 2 weeks before our planned vacation & broke her leg. So our vacation time wasn’t exactly as we had planned but thankfully we had rented the vacation house because it had everything we needed! There was plenty of room for the kids to play, the playground area in the back yard was such a great hit for us! Along with the basket ball hoop for all of us to play. The pool is nice & everyone enjoyed that, we had planned on using the hot tub but our time ran out before we had a chance to use it maybe next time. It is great that they allow you to have a family gathering at the vacation house so everyone can gather there with up to 20 people, that was a definite plus for us! There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have privacy & there are TV’s in every room so everyone can find something they want to watch on TV. The neighbor area is nice, there are people out & walking their dogs, plus the house seems to be pretty much centrally located to everything & everywhere you would want to go. Communicating with Kyle the host was easy & there was always a quick response. We had a great time at the vacation house & I would certainly recommend it especially if you are having a bigger group of people with mixed ages. Thank you so much for sharing your home, we had a wonderful time!

Nice house

Overall a nice house. Great features included pool, hot tub, playroom, and large playset.The bed in the fourth bedroom was suitable for small children (we had 4 adults), and the previous renters did not know how to care for a griddle; it was full of grease and was left uncovered in the rain.

BMX Home away from Home

two families with 3 BMX racers under the age of 12 stayed. It was very clean, lots of space and the kids loved to pool, hot tub and board games. Appreciated the host sending the pool guy on our 2nd day to clean the pool so kids could enjoy.

Excellent property!

This house was exactly as described. The space was perfect for me and my husband, along with our three teenage kids. They all had their own room, with a few beds to spare. Having a pool & hot tub was the perfect way to end our day. The location was awesome! We were within only 5- 10 minutes from a grocery store & pretty much any type of restaurants and/or sweet treats. Also, we had great communication with the homeowner. We would definitely stay here again!
