This newly remodeled cozy home is the answer to enjoying your time in Florida. Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pots, microwave, cookware, dishes and more. Brand new installed bathtub. Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. Enjoy the beautiful sand beaches while staying in the comforts of home. Security system with outside surveillance for your safety. Privacy fence with pool cage with screened porch. Security safe to place your valuables while vacationing with touch key pad (codes provided prior to arrival)

The house was quaint for our visit to Spring training. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for convenience. The pool was very warm and relaxing. Neighborhood was super quiet. Nice grocery stores, and churches nearby and a great Oyster restaurant with happy hour, one mile from the house, as well. We slept well! Amy the host got back to me quickly with questions. Thanks for sharing your home for a reasonable price

Excellent choice in North Port

The house had everything you could need. The beds were very comfy and more then enough linen and pillows. The location was great. The pool is clean and the TV is a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay overall. Everything went as it should. Good location in terms of being close to restaurants, grocery, etc. only critique here is the pool definitely needs work. Tile and paint is chipping so we really had to make sure my niece was careful around the edges.

Very nice home in a nice relatively quiet neighborhood. Well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen. Anything we needed was there. Almost like being home. Only a couple miles to Warm Mineral Springs Park.
