    Set back on a quiet cul-de-sac of Pelican Shores Circle, you and your family can get that much-needed quiet while still being mere minutes from the action of this great area. With a perfect bayfront location you'll have no delay slipping right into vacation mode. Sip a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the screened lanai boasting beautiful water views.

    Three bikes are provided for easy transportation. You'll be one and a half miles north of Englewood Public Beach, restaurants, and shops, and just a short trip from the mainland for other shopping and points north and south. While in the area, be sure to grab a bite to eat from local favorites. You can also gaze at the glorious sunsets over Manasota Key. For a change of scenery, head to the island's far end and check out the beautiful trails at Stump Pass Beach State Park. Don't hesitate to go inland to downtown Englewood for even more city fun!

    Hop into the kitchen and take advantage of all of the appliances of home to whip up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The free Xfinity WiFi and cable TV in the living room will provide more than enough entertainment when days come to a close. For your convenience, there is also a dedicated landline.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Location Location Location

We fully enjoyed the setting for this cozy little cottage on Lemon Bay. While the furniture and home are a little dated, there is plenty of space to enjoy dinners on the screened porch, fishing or sunning on the dock, and sunsets on the beach a short walk away. Issues with check in and appliances added a few kinks to our plans, but we truly enjoyed our stay on the bay!

Old but Charming

Don’t judge this house by its cover. It doesn’t look great from the outside, but the inside will have everything you need. It’s outdated but we didn’t need fancy. Location is perfect. Only gave 4 stars because of leaking coffee pot, rusty water(hot water heater may need replaced), leaky shower control, and washer doesn’t spin completely. We would for sure come back though.

Location and dock are excellent. The dock has a fish cleaning station. The house is older than the pictures depict and new pictures need to be taken. The house was clean but things like the carpet/rugs were stained and need replacing. The stove looks new but the dishwasher needs replacing. The kitchen was ill-equipped. We had to buy measuring spoons and cups and a baking dish. The main bedroom closet doors were off track and we couldn't use it. The pictures showed two bikes, but there were none. Seven remotes were in a basket but no directions for the TV. The blinds on both patio doors didn't work. I wanted to clean but the vacuum didn't work and I couldn't open it to empty it out to see if it would work better.

House is in excellent location directly on Lemon Bay. On arrival, it was not well cleaned: dirty linens were piled on laundry floor, garbage & recycle still there & dusty inside. One day, at about 7:50 am, I was in master getting dressed & thru shades that don't close well, saw 2 men at sliding bedroom glass door. I screamed for my husband. It was property mgr & a contractor (no one contacted us or rang bell). They actually opened up outside front door key box looking for key even though we had our car in driveway & as property company, should have known we were there...not acceptable. Then they actually came back shortly after w/another contractor!! No communication. Scared the daylights out of us & inappropriate as can easily peek in... House has potential but not kept up & managed poorly...

Great location

The house was not as advertised. The location is awesome and the dock and property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach access is about a 6 minute walk and feels very private. The house however needs major upgrades and basic maintenance. The furniture is old and broken. There is a major leak in the master bedroom at the sliding door that has been there for awhile and never fixed. The wood is rotted and when it rained water was standing in the room. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. Very dissatisfied with the condition of the house for the price paid.

A cool but great stay.

The number given us for the lock was incorrect, but a friendly neighbor let us in. A call to the property manager quickly corrected it. The house was very clean but the surface on the tiles in the master bedroom shower is coming off in spots and gives the impression of being dirty. We didn't use the gas grill but a previous guess left it pretty gross. Everything including the heat worked fine. The lanai, patio and pier are great and there is a beautiful view of Lemon Bay. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location!

Not great

When we arrived, at 1:30 AM after a delayed flight, the lockbox to the house was missing the key. We had to drive back into town to find a hotel for that night. The property itself has a good dock, from which fishing is easy. The house is only in modestly decent repair, with many things rusted from exposure to the salt air. It needs a fair amount of maintenance. It is not terrible, but neither is it nice.

Great location

This property had everything one could possibly need, especially a well-equipped kitchen. I enjoy cooking, so we did not eat out every night, and honestly, I had every utensil, pot, pan etc. needed to prepare meals. The property was very clean and the location was wonderful. It is located in a very secluded, private circle directly on Lemon Bay. It was wonderful just to walk out to the dock and relax. The lanai was quite large and we spent a lot of time out there as well. We have been to Manasota Key multiple times, but for us this was the best location. There was a problem with the garbage disposal, but the property managers contacted us before arrival and were very responsive in following up. They compensated us for the inconvenience since the plumber did not arrive until the next day. Overall, it was a great stay & we hope to go back at a later date.

Manasota Key, beautiful spot!

We were unable to open the lockbox but Travis came and assisted us. We found Travis to be very helpful and accommodating when he arrived. While we were waiting we discovered that the linais were not clean. The house however was clean once we were able to enter. The master bedroom apparently had a leak problem by the slider and when we had a torrential rain storm water came in under the threshold. Given the condition of the floor by the slider this was not a new problem. On Sunday (we arrived Tuesday ) the garbage disposal/drain clogged and we were unable to use the sink or dishwasher. A plumber could not be obtained and so we spent several days, checking out on Wednesday morning without being able to use the sink and had to restrict any cooking, etc. Unfortunately the house has certain positive aspects, in particular the dock and location, however we were disappointed with the issues we encountered.

Wonderful house on the bay

We had a great stay the lania was wonderful w it's bay breezes! loved that it was a short drive to dining and entertainment. The beach was more like a 5-7 min walk than a 2 min walk but that was ok as the beach was just beautiful!

Great Vacation

The home was very nice, very clean, nice area and yard. Issues but where addressed and made aware off; boat dock was not usable this was a disappointment. The managers gave us a reasonable discount for this but we had planned to be able to use. May have rented different property if knew about this before going. They called us as we where driving to the rental. Had a pest problem but was solved the next day and no further issues. The management company was very good to work with and responded quickly, we had a great time even with the two issues.
