Make The Sandy Pelican your home base for your gatherings. The house has everything you need to make your vacation a time to remember. A 30 second drive to the beach, or just a short walk, you won’t be overrun by cars getting to the sand. The paved driveway allows you to bring down your RZR/UTV trailer and park it in the driveway.

You can relax at the downstairs bar and fire pit, eat at the picnic table and cook on the charcoal grill.

You’ll love the hot water outdoor shower.

Bring your pets to hang with you at the house and the beach.

We provide internet access for all your devices and the smart TVs to bring your streaming services with you.

The laundry room is good sized and away from the kitchen and living room, so you won’t be listening to it when using it.

The house has all the amenities you’d expect so you can travel light. It includes all linens, beach towels, games, kitchen utensils, and things you’d expect to be there at your home.

- No smoking in the house. If you choose to smoke, you will need to cleanup after yourself
- At least 25 years old to book

We do provide you with starter supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. If you need more than we supply, the Big Store is available with those additional items, which is only 5 minutes down the road.

NOTE: There are two cameras on the property. One is facing the cargo lift and cargo control box. It is on the eastern most post.
The other is above the garage door facing the driveway. Both are clearly visible. If you'd like to know what they show, please email us. We can send a screenshot.
