In the ideal location, you’ll enjoy close proximity to a variety of restaurants, stores, and activities. The S.S. Esmeralda is the perfect place to build memories while enjoying relaxing days at the beach, soaking up the sun and listening to the ocean’s waves.

The space
As soon as you step foot into the S.S. Esmeralda , your vacation begins. The home's decor, matching the essence of the beach down the street, will make you feel right at home. The S.S. Esmeralda provides 3 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable accommodation for 8 people.


The "Captain’s Quarters" offers a king mattress with a 42" smart tv. The bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a huge bathtub to soak away your stress. It also comes fully stocked with access to a walk-in closet.

The other two bedrooms grant similar comfort and ambience: The "First Mate’s Quarters" is roomy with a queen mattress and private closet. The "Crew’s Quarters" includes 4 twin mattresses, outlets next to each bunk, and a treasure chest filled with board games for all ages. The 2nd bathroom is fully stocked with double sinks and a spacious shower/bath combo.

Fit to feed the whole crew, the "Galley" has a stove, microwave, toaster oven, and a refrigerator with ice maker. It’s fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare with after a long day in the sun. In addition, a complimentary coffee bar along with a mini fridge will keep your favorite beverages chilled to combat the Texas heat.

To help you clean up the day, the Laundry Room has a washer and dryer set on site, complete with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.

Stepping outside, you’ll be greeted with two amazing spaces, ideal for hanging out and enjoying the views. Upstairs has a large patio bar that comes with a built-in sink. To complement, the downstairs bar offers a 14' banquet table, easily able to accommodate a crew’s feast!

Finally, after a beautiful day at the beach, an outdoor shower awaits on the side of the home to rinse off any sand and saltwater.
