The space:

INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior with brand new everything! All the finishes you are used to: granite, stainless, stylish lighting, designer colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring. The open design living space is spacious and airy with a high ceiling and plenty of natural light. Two Smart TVs with streaming services (bring your own passwords!) in the living room and master bedroom, Uno and various other board games available to entertain. Two spacious couches for ample seating.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms feature queen size beds. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds for perfect fit for 4. There are dressers available for your convenience. The master suite includes a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have comfy mattresses and high-quality bedding to provide the highest level of accommodation to recharge after an exciting day. Ceiling fan in every room. One additional full-size air mattress is available for guests, if needed.

BATHROOMS: Two full clean and tidy bathrooms are available. Towels are provided. All bathrooms are fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Hairdryer and iron/iron board are available.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, cookware, cooking utensils, knifes, blender, toaster, eating utensils, and dinnerware. We provide a Keurig with K-cup pods to get your morning started! Dining table for 6 and additional bar seating for 4.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The home has a large, elevated deck where you can relax and have a great time with your friends and family. Patio furniture on the upper deck for the family to view sunset/sunrise while hearing the waves crash over the Gulf. This area is also perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The area under the house features a Corn hole. There is an outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Floodlights installed on the lower deck.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home, with exception of the owner's closet (located at the end of the hallway, please do not tamper with this door).

Self check-in with smart electronic key box. The code will be provided before check-in.

Check Out: 10 am

Other things to note:

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: There is private beach access for the neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from the house. We provide some beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels for your use.

GENERAL: The house is on stilts, so there is a flight of stairs to get up to the front door. Plentiful natural light throughout. Free high-speed WIFI.

PARKING: There is parking for 5-6 cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street.

CLEANING: A starter pack will be provided with all stays that includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Washer & dryer are provided. Beach towels can be found in the basket by the bench in the hallway.

PET FRIENDLY: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but we limit them to two dogs per reservation. Please keep them off the beds and couches. They must be crated when left at the house alone. A $100 pet fee applies per each pet. Please add your dogs to the reservation (same place that you add your number of guests) and the fee will be added to your nightly rate. Additional fees may be charged after your stay if there is damage or excessive cleaning is required (such as mud on the couches or comforters).

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

We do not offer refunds for weather, weather-related issues, or natural disasters. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It is relatively inexpensive and protects you against unforeseen circumstances.

Any violation of these rules could result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
